Hermosa 3 Dormitorio playa / 2 baños estilo de la caja casa privada. Incluye 2 habitaciones con camas king size y 1 habitación con un conjunto de literas. Capacidad para 8 personas. Extremadamente tranquilo barrio residencial venga y disfrute de la vida de un Outerbanker. Todo nuevo y completamente renovado. Ducha exterior, barbacoa de gas propano de la parrilla, patio cerrado, admite mascotas. A una calle de Bay Drive, a poca distancia del Sound y la playa.

Los alquileres de fin de semana y semana parcial están disponibles durante la temporada baja a partir de $ 350 por un mínimo de 2 noches (la última semana de septiembre, semana antes de la Pascua). Cute, well appointed, pet friendly cottage a short walk from the water and walking trails in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Quick responses from our host with correspondence. Would gladly stay again!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this home highly if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

Wonderful place

The house is exactly as described in review. Clean and fresh. Placed perfectly in OBX that all attractions and beaches were within 25 minutes either way. Highly recommend staying here for an OBX trip!!

Spring break

We decided to take a quick trip to the Outer Banks over spring break weekend. The house was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed staying there. It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone.

Nice, cozy place!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place. Was clean and comfy! A short walk away from the waterfront and a short drive to the shops ans restaurants. Had a great time and my dog loved it too!

The house is a few minutes away from food, gas, stores, and most importantly the beach. The neighbors and neighborhood seemed nice. Not many people out and about, but when we walked around the few people we saw said hello. Just in general we felt safe and relaxed. Its exactly what we needed.

So nice

Our stay was so enjoyable. Perfect location for us. Short drive to see sunrise and sunsets! The weather was unseasonably chilly, but the sun warms the front deck in the late afternoon, and we loved sitting in it. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, had everything we needed. Thankfully blessed!

House was spotless and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was super quiet and just a short walk to the Hayman St gazebo to watch the sunset. Great area for riding bikes or going for a walk/run. Maybe a 5 min drive to the nearest beach access. Very conveniently located.

Perfect place, walk to the bay

This was a great home base for the northern leg of our outer banks trip! Convenient location for all the sights. 5-minute walk to the bay, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. Just a little longer walk to the beach on the ocean side. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, even though it's so close to the main road. The property itself was great. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic Property and Owners

This vacation exceeded our expectations. I will start off saying that Jerry and Jennifer were so accommodating, they were there if we needed anything at all. This was 3rd year staying in Kills Devil Hill and we feel blessed to have found them this year. The house is the perfect size with all the amenities needed down to allot of DVD's!! It was also extremely clean which was one of the many perks!! We can't wait to return in 2026!!!
