“This was a nice place that was very clean and in a safe, convenient location. It was just right for two people and it had pretty much everything we needed. I especially loved its proximity to FLW’s Rosenbaum House, located just down the street. ”

“Overall it was a beautiful home, well kept. Absolutely would stay again! My family was able to spread out throughout the property and the house as well. Owners very responsive listing stated the home had a crib upon arrival there was no crib. Contact the owners it was at the door with in a couple of hours. Things that need work, the Game room had no AC, which did hinder my teens from having some activities. Internet was weak, but I don’t think this is something that can fix due to the location...

“This was such a wonderful home to stay in my family for a long weekend. We were all so very impressed with everything in this house! The provisions they shared with us were such an added touch. My college niece and her boyfriend loved the variety of records provided. It was walkable to everything downtown in Florence and that was perfect for all that we were wanting to do. We will definitely have to stay there again!”

“Beautiful property! ”

“We found this gem after a failed rental in the area. It was a short-notice booking and the host was very responsive. The pictures do not do this house, landscape and view justice! Plenty of space for our party of 10, indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside on the expansive patios and at the dock which sits at the mouth of a large cove on the Tennessee River. The water was clean and deep at the dock. The lower patio was shaded and had rattan furniture. We were here for sports, so...

“We had the best time staying here! They had amazing amenities, not too far from downtown florence, and were available for anything we had questions about. The pool was such a plus. We did have to purchase baking sheet pans and salt/ pepper but everything else was 10/10! Jim and Susan were so incredibly sweet and accommodating. ”
