Killington Tree House: 2 Room Modern Condo 432

Located less than two miles from the foot of the Killington Ski Area and recently renovated, this 2 room, 2-bathroom condo has a comfortable modern rustic feel. Relax after a long day on the mountain and warm your toes in front of the fire. Use the well appointed kitchen for preparing meals or head out to one of Killington's many fine restaurants. Enjoy the beautifully tiled kitchen and bathroom, with all the comforts and conveniences of home. We're also walking distance to many places.

Our condo sleeps two people in the master bedroom king bed with ensuite bathroom and another two people on the sofa bed in the main studio.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for the Killington area. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use, including showering and washing. Naturally occurring minerals, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell, discoloration, or staining of fixtures. Guests should not use the tap water for drinking. Bottled drinking water is provided for guests.
• The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
