Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Kilskyre

I have never written a hotel review before, but our experience at The Leinster was so disappointing that I feel other travelers should know. We booked a suite, expecting a comfortable stay and attentive service. Instead, we struggled to get even the basics. Our room wasn’t cleaned, bottled water wasn’t replenished, garbage wasn’t emptied, and when we specifically asked for water, it never arrived. There was no room service or valet service available during our stay. The hotel felt tired. We also found the service unfriendly and inattentive, which made an already disappointing stay feel worse. These aren’t extravagant expectations because we booked a suite. A clean room, drinking water, an emptied garbage bin, and staff who follow through on requests are basic essentials at any hotel, regardless of price. That said, the restaurant, John George, was an entirely different experience. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend visiting John George for a meal, even though I would definitely not recommend staying at The Leinster. I raised these concerns with management. Having stayed in many hotels, I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Far less expensive hotels have provided us with much better care and comfort. Based on our experience, I would neither return to nor recommend The Leinster, although I would gladly return to John George.
