“We spent 4 days at this location, and the rooms were not serviced once. Considering the cost for two rooms we felt this was pretty poor. The staff member at reception on arrival was quite rude and made the check in process a less than pleasant experience.
The rooms have a hot plate but nothing to actually cook with. Rubbish bin only had one bag and whilst replacements were available at reception you had to continually be asking for items such as clean towels, bathroom amenities etc. This...
“Fabulous stay at the Roey - right in the middle of town and close to bus stop for anyone wishing to head to Cable Beach. Staff were well trained and so, so friendly - from the young lady who picked us up at the airport (exceptional) and everyone we came into contact with after that. Restaurant fare was well above our expectations and we ate there every night. Great live music on Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms could do with some updating but overall our rooms were clean and safe.

“Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? ”
