This property is awesome. It was even better than the pictures. The weather wasn't good when we got there, but there was so much to do at the house that it kept us pretty busy and allowed us to bond. The game table was our favorite. Many games were played, our favorite was LIFE. The view is spectacular and we eventually got to enjoy the outside fireplaces and swings. It was close enough to Branson to enjoy shows and attractions. We only wish we had more time there.

Finally found a vacation destination that provides everthing in one place that we could possibly need to entertain a family. The host was extemely nice, very accommodating and hospitable. We are already trying to plan our next visit with our extended family.

Everything about this house was great. It was clean, had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, hot tub was great, the games gave us plenty to do(mario kart was my personal favorite & the boys played the golf one the most). The decks were perfect for hanging out. It was big enough everyone had their own space, but plenty of room to hang out together. Communication with Ryan was outstanding during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this house and come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! There are so many things to do that you never get bored and everyone from the oldest to the youngest had fun! From the pool, movie theater, so many games and the well equipped deck spaces where everyone wanted to sit and look out at the beautiful lake! This was a hit and I highly recommend renting this property!

Amazing home with any and everything you could ask for to keep all ages engaged and entertained! Ryan our owner and host went out of his way to accommodate us with any request! We will definitely rebook for our Branson trips.

I have to tell you from start to finish both the hosts Ryan and his wife were amazing!!!!!! They communicated effectively, we got a welcome call the morning of our check in which was nice and new! The house was spectacular to say the least. The pictures does the property no good! Although it was really rainy, wet and cold during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the decks that offered big screens tv’s fireplaces and more. The kids enjoyed no wait more than enjoyed the games they thought they were in heaven to wake up to and go to sleep with so many games like they were truly in the arcade. Had to drag people out of the movie room it was so relaxing and amazing!!! Each room offered its own bathroom plus guest bathrooms in community areas. The house was huge never a point to feel crowded it was just that spacious. Price was well worth it. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more with my family. The kids thought I was the rich auntie to do it so big. But to get all my siblings and close family together during this time was amazing. Thank you once more Ryan to you and your beautiful wife.

The house is wonderful! Everything you need is right there. Private indoor swimming pool, movie theater, hot tub, spa and an arcade/game room. There is a large deck and patio with a beautiful view of Tablerock lake. We really enjoyed our stay. The grandchildren had so much fun. Ryan was a great host and made sure everything was right for us. Highly recommend.

This place was very clean, spacious, the owner was a breeze to work with! Our Christmas with family was amazing here . We all enjoyed time around the spacious tables and kids loved every minute of the pool and arcade! We even watched the Super Bowl in the movie theater!

This property is everything it promised. There are so many things to do. It was like being at an all inclusive resort. We felt no need to leave for activities or entertainment. We all needed a getaway and that’s what this property offered. Our favorite Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at! The homeowners were also very informative and responsive! It was a spectacular vacation home!

Absolutely fantastic house, exactly as described in the listing. Booked this property due to all of the amenities it offered. Part of our vacation had a less than desirable forecast for getting out and about. We knew that even if we got stuck inside 1 or 2 days (which we did) we would have plenty of things to do at this property! Host was extremely responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. We have traveled the country over the past 20 years and this is one of our favorite homes we have stayed in. New, clean, fully stocked. The arcade is top notch and the indoor heated pool was perfect for a cold February trip. The hot tub on the lower deck overlooks the lake views and the fireplaces and TVs on both decks allows for lots of outdoor entertainment as well. We will for sure be back to stay here again, and next time bring the rest of our family to enjoy. The kids and adults all loved the movie theatre as well for movies and for playing PlayStation. The grocery store and the funky twig ice cream shop are just 5 minutes down the road and other than that, we never felt the need to leave the house. Great memories made in this home!! Book it before your dates are gone!! Owners stayed in touch throughout our stay and were just a text away. They really care about making your stay the best!!

We had four families with children ages 11 to 9months and had a wonderful time. The rooms were excellent. The kids loved the pool and game room. The pool is smaller but perfect for our kids. The on site floaties were a huge bonus. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. The movie chairs were comfortable! Next time we will bring a DVD player to show movies the streaming in the theater room can be a little glitchy. Overall, the house was just as described and we enjoyed our stay. Lots to do for a winter stay. Hoping to go back in the summer.

Super place to stay! Everyone had a great time. Young and old alike! The game room was the magical place for all of us. The hot tub and pool were used multiple times. The beds were amazingly comfortable! We were able to make all our meals in the large kitchen and plenty of places to eat our meals. It was a grand place for the family to visit or even if we wanted to have a quiet place to unwind, this was the place! Would love to come back again for a family reunion! The hosts were wonderful and always responded in a timely manner if we had questions!

All inclusive! We stayed here with our adult kids and grandkids for a belated Christmas vacation to celebrate me outlasting a cancer dx. We planned several other activities, but everyone mostly wanted to stay put because there's so much to do in this house. The kids loved the game room and pool. The rest of us enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Highly recommended! We plan on coming back! Ryan and his wife were very accommodating! Made memories nobody will ever forget!dx

Four generations all thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home, its amenities, its location and the quality family time we were able to spend here. The owners were great communicators and we have nothing but fantastic things to say about the home and area the house is located in. The pool, game room, theater room, hot tub and sauna were all utilized by all; this home has every amenity you could possibly desire! Would definitely stay here again!

Ryan was great with communicating with my husband and I! Everything was what we expected and more!! The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean! Plenty of space for the kids to play and adults to hang out! We didn’t have to leave the house since all of the fun was in one spot! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we knew we were in for a treat. The home was even better than advertised- immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could think of to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were attentive, providing clear and friendly communication throughout the booking process and check-in. The location was ideal; with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We truly felt at home here, and it was clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail. We cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Escape House! It was the perfect setting for our large group of 15, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling cramped. The layout of the house is very open, and there were so many areas to hang out, from cozy living rooms to the movie theatre. The kids were in heaven with the variety of games provided – from arcade games to shuffleboard, they were entertained for hours. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the younger ones, who couldn’t get enough of the water. The adults, on the other hand, enjoyed daily visits to the sauna, which was an amazing way to start out the day! Overall, the property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to both kids and adults, and this house truly exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, family-friendly getaway!

Absolutely outstanding! Had such a great time. The property is amazing! Ryan was the best and communication was spot on. Not one issue. We will be back! Thank you Ryan for all your help and for a great weekend get away for my Wife’s birthday. We had 13 family members and had a wonderful time.

This house is amazing! There were 13 of us total. Six adults and seven teenagers. We arrived on Friday night and stayed until Sunday morning. Never left the house once. I offered to take the kids to look at Christmas lights, they declined my offer, because they were too busy having fun and didn't want to leave!!! There is so much to do here. Us adults had just as much fun as the kids did. When it was time to leave, my friends told me that they wished we could have just one more day. We are already planning and saving for our next trip down, but next time we want to stay for a week. There isn't anything bad that I can say about the place. The bedrooms, each having their own bathroom was really nice. The pool, arcade and movie theater was a huge hit. Several movies were watched. The infinity table is really cool. My friend and her daughter played several games on it. The kids even enjoyed the ping pong table and the sauna outside. Hot tub and the decks were huge hits and a favorite spot for us adults to hang out and enjoy. A few of my friend's fell asleep on the deck because it was so nice and relaxing. I could go on and on, but I will just sum it up and say, if your traveling with kids/teenagers 👉 RENT THIS PLACE! Even if it's all adults, you will have a lot of fun. You won't regret it. I believe this was money very well spent.

Wow, this was a great place to stay! There are so many amenities you could just stay there the entire vacation believe me cause that's what my grandkids wanted to do. The manager communicated well to make sure everything would go well and then gave us complete privacy. I would defiantly stay here again.
