This is a beautiful resort with lovely views! Great communication with the host! The home is well stocked in kitchen items/tools, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds and sofas. Our teen kids enjoyed the air hockey table and their own living room with a big screen tv. The hot tub was relaxing in the evening time. The indoor pools were great entertainment for the one rainy day we had there. Thirty minute drive to main attractions in Brandon. Harter House Supermarket is only a few minutes after crossing the bridge over the lake. The mexican restaurant across the street from Harter House had really good fajitas (we ordered to go). Ozark Coffee Company is right there too—great tasting (drip) coffee. Our teens got two specialty coffees which they enjoyed. There was a complementary bag of Ozark Coffee in the home upon our arrival, which we enjoyed. We can not recommend this place enough!!! It’s great!

Gorgeous house! Breathtaking views. Lots of room, kitchen is stocked, close to grocery store and everything else. Highly recommend. Cons: Make sure that you triple fill out everything and I recommend messaging before you arrive to ensure that the door codes and everything will work upon your arrival. We didn't and it took over 2 hours to get that straightened out. These comments are more for the owner as they are probably not aware of it: 1. The internet did not work and they had us wasting about day worth of our vacation looking evrywhere for a router that they said looked like a smoke detector in the living room window. Actually it was in one of the bedrooms and looked like a air purifier. 2. Pigeons have nested in the rafters and feces was everywhere on the top deck so we could not use it. They have placed spikes up to deter them but the pigeons just stepped right on them . Conclusion: Place is great! Location great! Entire complex great! The customer service number if you have problems is slow. It appears they are answering and helping a lot more then one person at a time. I never was able to speak to an actual person. They just kept replying to me via VRBO so I had to keep checking it to see if they answered. So if you have issues and you want to enjoy your vacation it is best to suck it up or waste a good day's worth of your vaca.

The view is simply beautiful!!!! House well stocked and comfy. Really wish the Galaga game was working because it’s our favorite. But we did play air hockey instead. Home is Well placed in the area, very close to pool. Inside pools are heated thank goodness because the weather dropped about 20 degrees while we were there last week. :/. The rooms are nice but wish they had more room for luggage storage, especially downstairs. Also would love a few more outside chairs on the downstairs patio. The one upstairs was wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of 12. :). Ice maker was not working and ice was super expensive on resort but grocery store not too far away. Overall, we would stay here again.

Most beautiful Ozark trip

Family get together with our married son and daughter and their families. With 5 grandkids at 7, 4, 3, 2 and 1, this home unit was perfect!! Since there were 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 up. The beds were so comfortable. We all had a wonderful time! Just too short!

Pretty nice but not perfect

We had issues with the Internet on our stay. Extremely slow at times and sometimes it just wouldn't work. Made some issues with watching football like we planned, but we made do. We also feel like we were missing some of the amenities provided to the other properties. No fire pit, hot tub, or EV charger like there is next door. Both ran by Rent Branson. We also noticed quite a few spiderwebs with dead spiders in them while doing our initial rounds. The location is great for the lake and was pretty decent for Silver Dollar City. 30 minutes to Branson isn't terrible, but it can be tricky with younger kids. The community arcade and indoor pool were great for killing time.

Perfect Family Stay with Incredible Views!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway! The house is so beautiful, and every part of this home is well thought out and well appointed, as well as fully stocked. We loved the large and open living/dining/kitchen area on the main floor - it was perfect for hosting a large Thanksgiving dinner comfortably. All of the beds were comfortable, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We especially appreciated having two bedrooms on the main level for the elderly in our group. Last but not least, the views off both decks were simply breathtaking. We cannot recommend this property high enough!
