Family Christmas
We were a party of 15, youngest 20. Overall the place was wonderful. We had a small issue with a leak that was resolved promptly. That said the house itself had sone issues. If you have young children avoid the bunk room!! There is a gap between the mattress and rail on the top bunk my 20 year (slim) son could fit thru. Very dangerous for young children. Also the dresser in bunk room not attached to wall-I almost tipped it just opening drawers. It wasn’t an issue for our party but having had young boys I would have not let them on the top bunk as kids. It was also not clear in the listing that there were 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with en suites and no other bathroom upstairs so the third bedroom had no bathroom access other than thru another bedroom. The door in the half bath on the main level wouldn’t close or lock which made a few awkward moments. The front door also would only lock with the deadbolt-the bottom lock was not lined up properly. Many of the doors were not hung straight and so would either not close or stick opening. Overall a nice place with very responsive management but not a luxury rental by any standard.
