Mom’s surprise birthday trip

The pictures don’t compare to being here in person. We took my mom here to surprise her for her 74th birthday and when I tell you she enjoyed every moment of it. She said she had never experienced anything like this in all her 73 years thus far. Adam the owner was right there to assist with anything we needed from the beginning of our booking to the end. He was even trying to help me with a future trip back with a larger number of people. This place is beautiful, spacious with gorgeous views from every side and patios outside each bedroom but 1. We would most definitely stay here again when back in Branson and I will make sure to refer this property out to anyone I know is looking for a beautiful place to stay when here. Not expensive at all for the space, views and everything you get here. They had everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and etc…even crockpots lol. Love this place and definitely 5 stars from our family. Thank you Adam

Perfect home for large groups

Beautiful place with plenty to do for everyone. Every balcony has a great view and we enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Loved having a huge refrigerator and 2 dishwashers and every bedroom having its own private bathroom. Our group esp loved the retro arcade games. Was a blast from the past! Had issues with the wifi but was eventually resolved. The pool was open, which was a surprise since we stayed prior to Memorial Day. Didn’t see anyone using it so it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again!

Easter gathering

We had a wonderful family gathering. Wilderness Mountain perfectly fit our needs.. the set up with bedrooms up and down was conductive to family and quiet time. The game room and media setup keep the kids well entertained. It was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. It’s default rental I will likely do again.

Family Gathering

My wife and I plus our children’s families gathered for a holiday vacation. There were 14 of us ranging in ages from 3 years to 70. There was plenty of space. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and indoor pool. It’s a great place and everyone had an enjoyable time.

Christmas home away from home

My family and I had a wonderful time at the penthouse for Christmas! It was very spacious and it fit 16 of us( adults, teens, children, and a toddler) perfectly. It was more than enough room and we were always able to be in the main spaces at the same time! The pictures do not do this community justice. There is an indoor pool and arcade room that is absolutely wonderful for the whole family. Wal-Mart and other stores are about 10 minutes away. Adam is an awesome host and I will stay here or in one of his properties again very soon!

Beautiful Poolside Penthouse

This place was beautiful, clean, and spacious with plenty of extras, like the indoor pool and game room. The host was very helpful and responsive to all questions and comments and there was plenty of room for our family of 22 to eat, sleep and play

Great Extended Xmas Holiday Weekend

Large family get together and trip to Silver Dollar City for Xmas. Property was fantastic, plenty of room for a large group and very well equipped to serve meals and entertain family with a wide range of ages. Although our stay was over Winter this property would be perfect for a similar trip in the Summer. Check in process was very easy and host was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic weekend!!

We took a huge group and rented two of Adam’s places out for the weekend. They were both amazingly beautiful, spacious, and absolutely perfect. He was a great host, always quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to go back to his places again next year!

Annual Family Trip

I gave 5 star's because all in all we had a great time. One thing I think needs attention is a safety gate for the stairs, especially for families will small kids. Water pressure was not the best, let them know and said they would work on it. Plenty of room for all of us which was a total of 13 ranging from 1 to 71. Pool and game room kept everyone busy. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations

We have a annual family trip every year and usually stay at the Marriott but this year we decided to do things differently and try a home rental. We were not disappointed, this place was absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular. I definitely would recommend this home too anyone that's planning to visit the area.

The accommodations were perfect, we were on that side of the lake for wakesurfing so it worked out perfectly. I’m shocked at the value (bang for the buck) we received, it is as advertised.

Most pleased!

We were all very pleased with the property! Initially, we were hesitant because we wanted something more private. It was very private and the view was incredible. SO much better than we expected. It was well prepared for our family of many ages and everyone enjoyed their time.

Views you can use!

The location was minutes away from everything. Each room had its own balcony area with supreme views, the host thought of every family aspect in the way of cooking, comfort and convenience. The pool area was a must attend. I don't swim much, but found myself floating away in the lazy river. Stay Here.

Family vacation

This property is AWESOME. It was clean, spacious - tons of room for food in the kitchen, we could all (16 of us) be in the kitchen and dining to visit and eat with plenty of space, comfortable beds, stocked with everything needed, more bathrooms than even needed, easy parking and loading in and out, amazing views, fun pool, kids LOVED the game room. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Awesome property

Just what we needed for our big family group for my daughter’s 50th birthday party. Everything we needed to cook and clean up. The children didn’t have a chance to be bored with the game room and family friendly swimming pool. Quality beds and sleeping arrangements. Adequate fridge space. Two extra bathrooms off gathering spaces. Outdoor areas well furnished. Homey decor. Would stay again.

Kimberling City Family Vacation

Beautiful home with amazing 360 views due to multiple decks. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a nice stock of toiletries and laundry/dish soap. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers as well as plenty of hot water for showers. We had a group of 14 and had plenty of space for dinners, playing games, watching tv, and gazing at the breathtaking views of the lake. Each bedroom has a bathroom and tv and all bedrooms except one have balconies. We were right by the lazy river and noise was never an issue. The property elevator is also a great amenity. Cleaning crew needs a little improvement with regards to cleaning under beds and furniture and more thorough with the showers but overall the house was clean. I would definitely recommend this home and will stay here again if visiting Kimberling City.
