Checked in, safe glad we were able to book a room last minute since we’re just passing through and need lodging for the night. We went to our Room, unpacked our stuff. I was so disappointed and grossed out when I turned the nice and neat looking bed cover. The sheets were all wrinkled and appeared like it wasn’t changed from the last guest or that’s how they do their linens. So disappointing since it’s our 1st time to book at La Quinta. Also 1st time I saw a room presented this way. The Disgusting part is I checked a couple of the pillows with wrinkled cases. To chk if it’s clean, I had to smell it. Smelled like sweat. So grossed. Went down to Registration ti express my concern. The Night Manager was so apologetic and gave us an upgraded room. We had a restful night. breakfast was substantial. The Lady in the kitchen was very nice and hospitable. When we went back to our room to get our stuff to check out. I noticed that at the bottom of the Bed Cover was a big brown stain. They really need to improve their Laundry and Housekeeping services.
