Inside, the property is spacious and inviting, with light and airy rooms and plenty of homely touches. The kitchen is a sunny room overlooking the garden, with a small breakfast table, electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Once prepared, enjoy evening meals in the dining room, which has a Welsh dresser and pine table that seats eight guests comfortably. The sitting room next door is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day, fitted with comfortable leather sofas and a TV/DVD. Alternatively, enjoy a peaceful afternoon’s reading on the rattan chairs in the conservatory, which overlooks and opens onto the garden. Upstairs there are four light and airy bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and views over the marsh to the sea, a double and two twin bedrooms, one of which enjoys a sea view. Step outside of the conservatory and onto a sunny patio area, which features a large table, chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining. An enclosed lawn garden beyond is bordered by colourful shrubs and mature trees. There is off-road parking for two cars to the side of the house in tandem.
