Our stay was lovely and we enjoyed visiting the beautiful north coast of Norfolk. Julie-Ann was very communicative and went above and beyond to be helpful, for which we were very grateful. There were a few things that fell below expectations though seemed down to agency issues such as lack of loo roll on arrival, and linen that was left over from the previous stay. A few other points were that the place seemed to be a bit dated and in need of refreshing, in particular the kitchen. The head board on the bed was loose which meant it banged when you moved in bed, and the site photos made it look bigger than it was. We did enjoy the wood burner and the location is wonderful.
