“Disappointing. While the hotel is in the process of being extended and refurbished, that did not include the room we stayed in which although spacious and clean was in need of an update. The hanging space and vanity were tiny, especially for such a large room. Eating out options at American River for dinner are extremely limited. “A perfect spot if you are looking for a new experience away from the hotels and crowd. The bus is conveniently located just off the road from the ferry terminal. It has a double-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The shower has running water but the toilet is less sophisticated. We traveled in a caravan before so we were prepared. It was just the two of us, we cooked a nice dinner and had wine. We were greeted by Sade, who was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the lights outside the...

“Place was decent enough for 2 night stay, but was charged a bomb to be put up in a caravan. A repurposed caravan has been setup as a 2 bedder home, but it’s not near a home at all. Hope host updates the pictures with exterior view and not just internal only.”

“We had a fun time with our stay, it was cozy and comfortable. The kids had a fun time watching wallabies and kangaroos and it is very close to a massive white sand beach. It was great seeing wild life around and the fire place was great. The bathroom was suprisingly spacious and comfortable to use and the whole place is complete of cookeries we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this to couples for a get-away stay. ”
