“Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean,comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day.”

“Extremely comfortable and clean room. Surprisingly quiet given that the rooms are above a hotel and in close proximity to a main road and a railway line. On site parking is also a positive. Easy to get to the city centre via train. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location I was lucky enough to find street parking after 5:30 so good till 9:00 the next morning Best welcome to a hotel in ages. Most just throw you the key and point. Charlotte Led me to the room and explained the process and bistro times etc. Other staff were just as friendly and welcoming the en-suite room was great. Just the right size no microwave or fridge but kettle and complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, bottled water the bistro food is awesome and great value so that's a plus +...

“Pleasant atmosphere. Good food but a little pricey. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping a drink. Huge shower head. Very hot water. Overall, FANTASTIC stay. Also, very convenient public transportation. Sydenham Train station across the street. Instead of taking expensive train to/from domestic or international airport, easy to use bus 420 to Mascot station then 358 to Sydenham. Cost was $1.”

“4 guests and 1 key is a bit weird. 4 guests and 2 towels is also a bit weird. Locked balcony door and no windows that can be opened gives a bit weird indoor climate. But price was cheap so all as expected and ok”

“Very clean, neat little space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy check in / check out process. Short walks to Westfield shopping centre, restaurants and train/bus stations. Something to note: There is a blockout blind on the window but no privacy blind or curtain and my room was facing the street, so if I was in the room with the blind up, anyone walking past could see in.”
