This was an annual family vacation (three family households) for us. The house perfectly accommodated all 12 of us. It really met all our expectations and the beauty of the place exceeded what can be seen in the online photos. It really is a beautiful property inside and out. The river was absolutely lovely, kids and adults enjoyed it and the big sandy beach each morning. It was nice to be able to enjoy the natural body of water (the river) and also have the beautiful pool to enjoy as well. Some mornings we would start at the river and then move to the pool which has a good bit of shade due to the large trees. So much more I could say about the property. In short, we really loved it and would rank it as the best vacation rental house ever for our annual family vacations!

Holiday Getaway

Three families of four for a Holiday Getaway. The river and beach were awesome, pool was well used (spa), grilled, played games in the game room and movies in the theatre. Wonderful visit, highly recommend.

We will be back!

Stayed for 3 nights in October. Several the families with kids from ages 1-10. Loved the house, everything was very comfortable. Enjoyed the plentiful amenities (pool table, theater room, ping pong, shuffle board, kayaks). You can't beat this spot on the lake with sand and shallow swimming area. Kitchen was well stocked and grills worked fine. So nice to have an extra fridge downstairs and in the garage for drinks. We had issues with heating the hot tubs and one (of 2) of the dryers was broke but management sent someone out right away to fix the issues. Very attentive! We will be returning next year.

Beautiful home. Pool was great although the water doesnt really get warm until the afternoon. Staff came out during our stay to check chemicals and keep things up to par. Family Vacay

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property management team was very responsive when needed. Edon was my contact person and he was very nice and helpful. The house is gorgeous, the pool fabulous and having a beach front location was truly wonderful. Most of our group used the kayak and had a blast! We had12 adults and 4 kids and we never once felt cramped. I highly recommend this vacation home :) everything about it was perfect!

Excellent Family Vacation!!!!!

We loved having a beach-front property, with outdoor showers to rinse off before getting into the pool. Also, the fact that one of the rooms had 3 sets of bunk beds (instead of just 2) Management was extremely helpful, friendly and replied immediately to all our questions. We will definitely be back!!!!

Amazing Property - Definitely Coming Back

The house is giant and was very clean upon arrival. The beach on a lake was super cool and unique. Our kids enjoyed fishing and making sand castles. There were a few minor "tech" issues like hot tub and TV not working but property management had someone over to fix everything within 15 minutes. Also, the concierge service was a great amenity. I highly recommend the in-house couples massage. We will be back for sure. Next time we're getting the in-house chef experience!

Magical experience

I can’t express how unique and special this property is. Aside from the house itself being gorgeous and having fun games/activities for people to participate in, ie kayaking, shuffle board, pool, entertainment room, hot tub, the beach and those sunsets really took the experience to the next level. Highly suggest going through the effort and having dinner watching the sunset on the beach. They have a beautiful setup there for a family to have a meal or drinks. We went during the winter so we had the entire space to ourselves.

Stunning!

As soon as I walked in the door I thought "How stunning!" This place is absolutely beautiful. I rented it for my 45th bday and invited all my family. (Which is about 18 people) I loved that it had enough rooms and bathrooms for eveyone. The game room was a big hit. The hothot is the best we've ever been in and the beachftont made it even more fabulous. So many options even during the cold weather that hit that week. I was also impressed with being able to reach out to Horshoe Bay Living with any questions during my stay, they responded so quickly and MJ was such a delightful person. She even called me beforehand to remind me to pack jackets due to the cooler weather that was coming in. Everyone wants to go back during the summer. It is our favorite house rental to date!

Such an awesome place for family

We celebrated Thanksgiving with my children and grandchildren, 18 of us in all. The house has a lovely view of the lake and a beach where we built bonfires and had smores. The house is so well appointed with top notch utensils and seasonings. I brought so much from home that was unnecessary because the house had so many extras we don’t usually experience. We will be back and we are already checking summer dates.
