Misadvertised!!!

While the house was cute and clean....you will NOT have access to the garage where they advertise ping pong and air hockey in multiple pictures. Also, there is only ONE, not TWO boat slips available for use and they are not as shown in the picture. They also did not provide linens for the pull out couch.

2024 Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on the lake skiing and tubing. The location was close to the loading dock and having a boat slip for the boat was very handy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thanks!

Fisherman's Paradise

Chose this spot based on it's beauty and the fact that my husband brought his boat and intended to fish most of the time. The host was amazing!!! We preferred a "regular" coffee pot (old school) and he immediately brought us a new machine. The house was beautiful and accommodating. Would go back in a minute.

Our weekend

Hi there. We absolutely LOVED this property! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the water. It looks so pretty in the pictures, but we didn't know that there would be thick weeds to swim through to find a spot in the water that didn't have this problem. We ended up renting a mat so that we could put our cooler and one of our more squeamish friends on it. 😬 Swimming though it would have been okay if it opened up to a large space without the weeds, but they were everywhere and were scratchy/painful to swim through. If we had known, we would have prepared a little better with more mats for all of us to float on or chosen another property because the floating in the water all day aspect is the main reason we do these get aways. Other than that, it was great. We were super impressed with all of the nice appliances - especially the oven! Thank you!

Spectacular House

Wow! We had an amazing time during our stay in Kingsland in this house. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is an extra luxury during a vacation. Decorations and style of the house was beautiful. Lots of space and comfortable. Location was great, shops and restaurants were a very short drive. Suggestions: - Garage needs a/c because we were not able to use the games (ping pong and air hockey tables) due to the extreme hot weather and it been so hot inside. We didn’t missed it, but it’s a nice choice to have available for kids. - House providing some water toys (like kayaks or paddle boards) included, even with extra charge, so we have even more activities available. Thank you for everything, we loved our vacation here and will definitely go back soon. Yk

Luxury Waterfront Retreat

Enjoyed this beautiful venue with family and aging parents. Notwithstanding gorgeous views and easy water access, the home itself was very comfortable with modern appeal and ammentites to support all our activities from late night card games, outdoor cooking, swimming and night sky gazing. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home!

Beautiful

Perfect lake house for a quick relaxing get away with family and friends. We had 2 families in the home and it was very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. It was clean and had plenty of towels and tp. Beds are super comfy! The view is breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

Perfection!

This rental was everything and more. The location was perfect and interior was a dream! It didn’t feel like I was only an hour from home and was the best weekend getaway with friends! The water was great for swimming, temp, depth and being right there was so perfect. The house came with a lily pad float and other floatys which was an added unexpected bonus. Could not recommend more and can’t wait to come back!!

The view of the fireworks from this property was amazing it was directly across the river from this house the only downside about the property was the canal was full of moss and stagnant water the boat lifts weren’t fully functional unfortunately but other than that I’d recommend staying here!

Nice location

We had 7 people; my husband and myself, my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, step daughter, her husband and their 4 month old baby. The house was fine. I had problems with the service of housekeeping. The house has 3 bathrooms and the only tp in the house was a partial roll in each bathroom. We didn’t realize there wasn’t any extra until we ran out. I contacted the rental agency and was told I received an email with instructions that stated we only get a “starter kit” and we have to supply other items. I responded that I did not receive that email and could they resend it. They then apologized and said they had our rental confused with others and we should have extra tp so they would send housekeeping over with some. We had already driven to Walmart and purchased some but they did bring some. Then 5 days after checkout they sent me an email saying there were “missing items” from the garage and I was being charged over $500 for 2 missing fishing reels! Not the whole poles, just the reels. I contacted them and said we did not take anything from the house! After much discussion between them, my husband and myself we have not been charged. I’m not sure how you prove that you did not take something but I would be very careful renting from them. Overall the house was nice but the experience was not.

Great Location

House was great! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. It was very clean and had everything you would need. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room. Being right on the river was great! Kids were able to fish right there. It had a fire pit, which we were looking forward to using. However, there was a fire ban. We didn’t think about checking that out beforehand. We now know.:) The house was in a great location- close to local restaurants, Inks State Park and Longhorn Caverns. Only a short drive to Marble Falls, Spicewood and Enchanted Rock.
