Fun house! Perfect short getaway for us out here in Spicewood. We always enjoy the Kingsland area, and this house was perfect. Incredible view of a quiet part of the lake, super peaceful and clean.

Loved our stay at Llano Vista! The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Communication for check in and additional details was great. Beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were so nice and offered several different areas to enjoy the sun and lake. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Llano Vista!

We enjoyed the pool and lake access and had fun during our stay! Unfortunately the AC upstairs was broken when we arrived. The host was responsive which we appreciated but we had to sleep the first night without AC. It was fixed during our second day.Additionally, before our stay we messaged the host to confirm that there were life jackets for us to use on the lake. They said yes and when we arrived with a group of 14 people, there were only 2 life jackets. I wish they had made that clear when I asked, especially since they have signs that say life jackets are required on the lake. Other than that, would recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location. Close to boat launch on the breathtaking LBJ lake. House was spacious, clean and moder. Nice pool and outside patios overlooking the lake. Bathrooms we're all so clean and big.

Excellent Rental

We enjoyed the pool and decks and game room so much! The house and parking area have plenty of room for a large group, and the upstairs master bedroom is beautiful. The other bedroom upstairs could have been better if a little bigger and had better access to a bathroom. But everyone wants to return next year!

I went with my three sisters and two of their husbands as well as a couple of adult children. The house had such a wonderful layout to accommodate adults with separated bedrooms and bathrooms. The common areas such as the living and dining rooms were huge, comfortable and bonus, they looked out over the lake!! We gathered around the huge table with our coffee them made our way out to the pool and porch once it got hot. The kitchen was very well equipped also. This house is ideal for a family visit to the lake!!

Family Birthday

This house fit my family perfectly. Eight adults and 5 kids 11 and under. We used the boat slip for our boat. Played with the house kayaks, swam in the lovely pool. The kids enjoyed the garage room to sleep and play. Two refrigerators, extra towels and life jackets.

Fantastic location and amenities

Our group of adults and children from ages 11-16 really enjoyed our holiday stay. The house was clean, there were plenty of blankets linens for our group of 16. We would definitely rent this house again. There wasn’t anything we looked for that wasn’t already thought of. There was even an ice maker built into the kitchen.

60th wedding anniversary celebration

We had a great time at this beautiful spot! Home was comfortable and spacious enough for 12 of us to celebrate our parents’ 60th anniversary. The outdoor space was perfect with plenty of deck space and gorgeous scenery! Pool was a perfect cooling off spot and the kayaks were used often! Great place to also watch the Horns beat OU ;). We all really enjoyed our visit!

Family Thanksgiving getaway

Our family decided to find a central location to stay for Thanksgiving this year. This house was great for us. We had 14 people of all ages, and we brought 2 dogs with us. We loved the pool table and ping pong. Several enjoyed the tetherball also. A few of the kids jumped in the pool (yes it was cold). They didn’t stay in long but had a lot of fun while in it. The weather was beautiful, the trees were turning colors, and the river was quiet and peaceful. It was such a beautiful place that we took some family pictures too! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The only downside was the lack of a bathroom upstairs to share (there is a large master with attached bath and another separate bedroom upstairs), but there is a bathroom at the base of the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and would stay again!

Wonderful family time!

Our annual family trip was wonderful! We spent a lot of time together in the beautiful pool, since boat time was so limited. (We realize that the Hydrilla weed infestation was out of management’s control, but scheduling clearing the first day, would have been helpful. An emailed message warning about the hydrilla ahead of time would also be helpful.) The water trampoline still needs repairs, and could not be used. The lake house was lovely and the perfect size for our family. The pool and patio was relaxing, with gorgeous views! The large dining table was also great for meals and games. Plenty of parking, private, and surprisingly close to HEB and restaurants nearby. The game room was a nice extra space with pool table. Our 5 year old grandson caught his first fish at dusk, a large catfish which we released. There was an issue with the A/C not functioning well in one of the downstairs bedrooms, but fortunately we had brought some box fans. (There was a issue with the oven, which I’m sure will be repaired.) Overall we had a great time together and would highly recommend this lake house!

Labor Day stay

The house itself was fantastic and the property was gorgeous. The space suited our needs very well. The major drawback with this property is the actual lake area itself. There is a huge Hydrilla issue and it is impossible to swim, or spend any time in the water from the boat dock (which is part of the property) We brought a jetski and a boat and spent more time pulling seaweed out from the propellers to both water crafts than actually enjoying our time on them and on the water…. If you are planning to use the boat dock, simply be warned.
