The Bird Nest is made for memory-making, inside and out.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, sports court, and bunk house.



The Neighborhood:

It's located on a canal of the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ & close to local restaurants, wineries, a variety of local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Park!



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to this property and to the local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be.



This is a now a pet friendly home. Pet fee of $200 per dog is required along with a copy of the vaccination records and pet agreement form.



Before beginning the reservation process, please check your card’s daily spending limit to make sure the full reservation amount can be processed. This can help prevent declined payments or delays when completing your booking.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



This home is at the end of a shallow cove. Please ask us prior to bringing a boat.
