Beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out. Even with 8 people in the house. Very well kept and stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and other things to alleviate eating out every day. Host was nice and very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Pictures do not do it justice.

This house is beautiful and comfortable. Large kitchen with everything you need, nice living area perfect for playing games or watching movies/sports, and all bathrooms and bedrooms were truly lovely. We cooked, we boated, we fished. Just a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Family and Friends fun on the lake

PERFECT FAMILY HOLIDAY!

Staying at this lake house felt like we were staying at a friend's home instead of a rental! It was the best-equipped vacation rental I have EVER rented. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted, including cleaning supplies and disposables like ziplocks and foil. A few examples in random order: plenty of linens, throws, towels, games, kids' books, floats, air spray, laundry supplies, birdseed for feeder, spices/seasonings, trash bags, pantry space AND supplies, shampoos/body wash, pancake griddle. I regret bringing so many supplies I thought we might need! The ONLY thing we ever wished for was our favorite knives from our homes. The moral of the story is to travel LIGHT when you rent this lovely home and enjoy the fun that LBJ has to offer.We rented two jet skis for a couple of days which were easily kept at the boat dock/PWC ramp. We took advantage of the neighborhood park one afternoon to let the littles swim. After the grands' bedtime, the adults spent every evening on the back porch as the awesome fans kept it cool and bug-free.

Beautiful home. Excellent host.

This home is more beautiful than the pictures show. Has absolutely everything you could ever need and more. The location is close to HEB and a park where you can fish. We recommend Inks Lake Hatchery for a beautiful view and place to fish. Just a wonderful time all around.

Weekend work group

Five ladies hosting an event in Marble Falls. This home does indeed have a well stocked kitchen and perfect layout for us to enjoy evenings together after working all day. Host was super attentive and informative. Check in and out was very easy.

Amazing service and communication!

Grace was an incredible host! Our plans and group size changed multiple times and each time she found a way to make it work. We stayed during the 2024 Eclipse and while several folks in our group had their bookings cancel or raise prices, Grace kept her end of the deal and better. We are so grateful for the excellent service.

Met our needs perfectly

The location was within 25 minutes of Burnet, where we went for the Bluebonnet festival. The house worked very well for our three couples. The patio was nice for us to relax and socialize. The kitchen was well stocked as were the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Wonderful

Absolutely loved our stay with Grace! She was very sweet and attentive! This is not the house if you’re wanting to bring a boat, as the lift is occupied and the cove can be shallow in droughts. However, we did have access to put in and enjoy a day on the lake! The house was clean and had all the amenities! It was spacious and comfortable! 10/10 would stay again!

Annual family trip

The house was so inviting. Six adults and 4 children, rooms for everyone, bathrooms for everyone. House so perfectly stocked, it was like you were at your own home. Everything you needed was available. Great location. Hosts were very generous with accommodations. Everyone said they wanted to go back to the same house again next year. Already thinking of a date.
