“This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return.”

It would have been easier if there was a second step leading into the room off the footpath.

“We had room 825 which was upstairs with a spa bath. Lovely views of the beach and plenty of room.
Only complaint would be the towels were looking a bit old and Grey with some stains. Definitely need to be upgraded.
Otherwise would definitely recommend. We stayed here for an event in Wellington, easy access to trains or busses into town”
