“We booked 10 days at this property and found the accommodations excellent. This is walkout basement suite in a new home. Everything was very clean, quiet and fully equipped, and the property description provided by VRBO was accurate. The property has easy access to Hwy 401 which makes it quick and convenient to get across the city. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent again on our next trip to Kingston.”

“Beautiful property ideally situated for downtown Picton as well as wineries and beaches. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit which was well stocked with firewood. All communications were dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“We found everything we needed & then some. l suggest listing more of the amenities available; like fully equipped kitchen with kettle, drip coffee maker, filters, microwave, BBQi, hair blower, baby cradle, laundry, etc. Bring your own cream, milk & sugar. Bring lawn chairs (IF more than 2 people). Two more cushions would have been appreciated. To the owner: Ask people in the upper unit to be aware that there are guests below them, so try to tread lightly, but that was NOT a major issue. It...

“We had a great stay here! Location was not too far from the tourist attractions we wanted to see. The kitchen, dining room, beds & wifi were all good. The shower was great. The only thing we'd improve is to add more seating in the living room. Communication with the host was fantastic!”
