“Upon arrival to the apartment, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke throughout. We then saw cockroaches running around in the kitchen and other rooms, it was a terrible experience. Additionally this apartment had only one fork two spoons and two glasses and only a handful of kitchen items. We contacted the host and they offered us a second apartment that we could have instead. When we got into that apartment it also smelled like smoke and was not thoroughly cleaned. We had to clean it...

“The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!”
