“まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。 結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。） そしてお肉が硬かった。 あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？ きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。 これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。 あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない） 使わせる気がないなら、置くべきでは無いのでは？ 体脂肪率や筋肉量を測れる高い機械があります！！と部屋にあるパンフレットに記載があったが故障中。そもそもプリント用紙が入ってないので使わせる気がない。 これ、本当にハチ北で1番良い宿と言われるひさ屋でしょうか？ 客層も20代半ば位の若い子が多くて… 少しガッカリでした。 もう泊まりません。”

“El servicio es extraordinario, una super experiencia en un Riokan tradicional. Los baños ya están muy anticuados, pero perfectamente limpios. Vale la pena el cuarto más caro por el acceso al baño (además de a las aguas termales). Muy recomendable!”

“フロント対応、電話対応が丁寧で好感が持てる。年始ではあるが、平日なのに景色の悪い側の部屋だったのが不満。朝食はとても美味しい。海苔クラゲが美味しくて売店で買って帰った。”

“This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train ”

“Rokkosan Hotel is located high above the mountain and offers a beautiful view of Kobe. My wife and I used the free shuttle bus service from the airport. The historical property is a little dated, but that is on the other hand posesses old style charm that is pleasing. We enjoyed the professional service and particularly appreciated the kind sendoff by staff at departure. It is unfortunate that the hotel is scheduled to close at year end.”

“We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door.”
