The home was very clean and well stocked even with a coffee bar! The ocean is very close and although it was a little stormy out the first night, we felt safe and secure. “The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. “We had an amazing stay here. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The private pool and hot tub were definitely worth it they are bith very nice. Communication was always quick and what was expected was very clear. We will surely consider staying here again. The extremely large decks with seating are a great add, morning coffee was so much better with the views from this home! We have absolutely no complaints about the accommodations and our stay! “Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap!
