I wanted to share some feedback on our recent booking. While the property itself was fantastic and lived up to what was advertised online, the booking process created a lot of unnecessary stress.It wasn’t clear on the site whether sheets were included, and as visitors coming from New Zealand the last thing we wanted was to be making beds at midnight. The information around this felt vague, almost as though it was designed to make the property appear better value. On top of that, finding the actual location of the property was harder than it should have been.What we did receive was a lot of information we didn’t really need, while the fundamental details were hidden or unclear. As a business owner myself, I would never make things so difficult for customers. Unfortunately, this took away from what could have been a really seamless experience.The property itself was wonderful, but your part of the process was disappointing and time-consuming.
