“Rain or shine, Hana never fails to disappoint. A stay here is tonic for the soul. After the busy activities in Lahaina area, it felt great to slow down and just be. The home was a tranquil place, beautiful yard of flowers to greet us, a strand of native bananas hung by the door for the picking. Good! We are two older couples and the accommodations were perfect. Close to town, a short walk to a dramatic black lava beach, you can see the ocean from the porch. And the porch....a special...

“Our second stay in this house (top floor only).Easy booking, clear instructions, has as described. Great location for our stay in Hana. Helpful host!We were familiar with the house and it is as advertised. The only issue was two of the fans don't work as they should (one moves little to no air now as compared to our last stay) and the other started making very loud noises during the night and woke 2 of us up. When they are fixed all will be great! ”

“Located between two beaches (within walking distance) in quiet Hāna, this picturesque beach house was the perfect setting for a peaceful family vacation for 7 people. Quiet, clean, plentiful amenities, well maintained, responsive property manager. Cherished our time and made many forever memories. Sad to leave, eager to return. ”

“We had a great time. Location is beautiful. House is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The view is amazing. Pool and whirlpool were a hit. Close to stores/restaurants in Makawao. Good hiking nearby. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Really can’t say enough about the views. I spent more time enjoying the views than reading my book! Didn’t even think about turning on the TV!”

“This was our first time making it out to Hana to stay for a couple of nights and I wish we had had more time there. The house was perfect for our group of six. We really appreciated that they had six beach chairs, two umbrellas & plenty of towels. The outside shower was a real help in making sure sand didn’t make its way into the units. “Just wonderful. Bananas and star fruit growing in the yard, amongst dozens of different flowers. You do have to share the premises with cows and geckos….fine by us! Big, open rooms, very old-beach style. Wonderful ocean views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom. A great visit.”

“We had a really nice stay at the Hana Bay View. The property had a really updated bathroom and good kitchen appliances. The covered deck was the best for winding down in the evening after all of our fun hiking and beach excursions! The AC in the bedrooms was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this place.”

“ What a charming cottage! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sound of crashing waves made for the most peaceful sleep. Everything about the house and location was perfect—the spectacular view of Hana Bay, the spotless and comfortable interiors, and the well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Every room looked just as pictured on the website, which we truly appreciated. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!”

“This hime made forr he perfect stay in Hana. An easy walk to the red sand beach made for the perfect afternoon. Pranees Thai food was amazing and also a short walk away.The home is clean, updated, and perfectly decorated. Roberta was communicative and hepful. My wife and I truly did not want to leave this place. We will 100% return to this property in the future. ”

“WARNING - You will not want to leave. This place is an absolute gem of a find. Shems was very communicative and made check in/out a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, spices, etc. they even left us a bottle of wine, banana bread and honey from their own bees!! Everything was clean and cute. The view from the balcony was incredible. If we ever make our way back to Maui, this will be the only place we stay. ”
