The host was friendly and responsive, and had a well organized check-in. In general, the cabin is what you would expect: older accommodations primarily for use after a long day of skiing. The master room is advertised as having a king bed and it did not. It is either a double or a queen. This is important and should be updated. There are no top sheets to the beds, which we all thought was odd. I also would have appreciated a new, clean sponge for the dishes. The refrigerator was smaller than normal. It fit our group of fives’ food for three days, but would have been tight for longer. The downstairs heated floors were lovely and there is plenty of room for all your ski gear.The Shuttle was great and will pick you up at the top of the court. Kirkwood is a fun ski resort and we enjoyed our trip and coming home to the wood-burning stove, which was nice and hot!
