“Everyone was very helpful but the Indian guy I spoke to on the phone for information was so rude his name was gonju or something like that,so I had to put a 1star for staff cause of that guy,”

“It was our 3rd stay at the Nightcap Hotel. Check-in is always a bit long as the staff is usually busy serving customers at the bar. We don't mind the wait anyway... Room are on the small side and mattress very soft but overall, the room has everything that is needed. I'll be happy to return again next year. Nice Asian restaurants in the area too if you don't want to eat on site.”

“PRICE, LOCATION, OUR ROOM, TYPE OF HOTEL SUITED MY WIFE AND MYSELF. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GRAND DAUGHTER'S ROOM WAS EVEN BETTER. MY SON HIS ROOM WAS AJACESENT TO THE RAILWAY LINE SO THAT WAS A NEGATIVE. OVERALL WE ALL LIKED WHERE WE STAYED AND WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.”

“Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. ”

“Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean,comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day.”

“The motel is very tired…. Couldn’t open the curtains at all, no hot water our second day there, outside our doorway a bad hole in the driveway…. But the bed was good, nice clean white sheets, nice towels (but nowhere to hang them)…. Very below average accommodation!”

“Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Outer door banged every time someone enetered or left and it "boomed" up the uncarpeted stairwell. Fridge in room was apparently set to 'max freeze' as it froze noit just my freezer bricks (for me small cooler pack, but also the milk, water, beer chocolates I placed in there. The onnly poer point I could use for my phone charger and still be able to reach the phone from bed, was actualy above the pillow, so cables dangled in the way. Really dumb...

“Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ya está un poco viejo, pero muy limpio. Necesita un poco de renovación en los muebles de baño. La comida en el restaurante es cara y el smarTV no funciona tan perfecto. Pero en términos generales, está bien para pasar la noche antes de un vuelo. Eso sí: el personal es muy cordial y amable.”
