Villa Helios is situated on a sunny southwest-facing slope in the middle of a 7,500 m² olive grove. From here, a wonderful 180-degree sea view opens up over the sea, which is approximately 600 meters away. The house features a large pool (3.5 x 16 m), perfect for swimming. A separate relaxation pool of about 5 x 3 m is located on a terrace within the olive grove and, thanks to its elevated position, offers a magnificent view over the landscape and the sea. Both pools can be heated on request. The relaxation pool includes seating, an in-water lounging area, and massage jets.
Following the old olive tree terraces, Villa Helios nestles into the hillside across three levels. Due to its split-level architecture, you can enjoy unobstructed sea views from all rooms, terraces, the pool, and the garden.
With over 220 m² of living space, there is plenty of room for families and small groups. Thanks to the layout of the rooms and the design of the outdoor areas, Villa Helios offers a great deal of privacy for a relaxing and restful holiday.
The spacious living and dining area is on the same level as the large pool. Whether you prefer to enjoy your meals indoors or on the poolside terrace, you will always have an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea.
Three bedrooms are distributed across two higher levels, accessible by just a few steps from the living area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with direct, exclusive access, as well as its own terrace. The master bedroom on the first floor offers direct sea views from the bed, as well as an en-suite jacuzzi from which you can enjoy the sunset over the sea.
The other two bedrooms feature a king-size bed and two single beds respectively. Both have their own independently accessible bathrooms and terraces, also with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking or baking. A dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and egg cooker are all provided. A washing machine is also available in the house.
The dining area is located on the pool level. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner on the poolside terrace. If you prefer not to cook, several restaurants can be reached within a few minutes’ drive. Alternatively, you can enjoy dinner in the privacy of your own surroundings. A delivery service offers a wide selection of local oven-baked and grilled dishes.
Internet: The house offers free Wi-Fi. Due to its location, the connection is satellite-based, with limited data throughput and data volume. If you plan to stream films or upload/download large amounts of data during your stay, we recommend using the data plan of your own mobile phone.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated. Due to sharply increased energy costs, we have decided—rather than raising the rental price, which would have included heating to 24°C—to fully individualize heating. This means heating is no longer included in the rental price and can be booked under the following conditions:
24°C for the main pool (€300/week) and/or 27°C for the jacuzzi (€150/week). Temperatures may vary under extreme weather conditions such as strong winds or nighttime temperatures below 15°C. Target temperatures are guaranteed from midday until around 6:30 p.m.
The flatscreen TV offers numerous German and international channels. A Blu-ray/DVD player and hi-fi system with USB, Bluetooth (for connecting your own music devices), and CD player are also available.
