The dumpsters outside the condo were completely overflowing and you could smell the stench of a landfill like odor immediately exiting the vehicle. Access was ever emailed. I had to was delayed by 30 minutes to just enter condo Thankfully she was able to still let me in. Upon arriving inside the condo the trash had not been taken out and their were ants crawling on trash can, counter, & cabinets where silverware was. Medicine from previous renter was left in medicine cabinet, food stains in the floor, lots of crumbs in between couch and in pull out bed. Called property management company and after a few calls got a lady that blamed everything on cleaners. She said they would be out the next day to clean and spray for bugs and this was highly unusual and unacceptable. I was hopeful, she could deliver. They would clean carpets and fix the trash. The dumpster overflowing they could not control. I let her know I appreciated that they would get some one out to clean inside but for the dumpster they could call condo complex management and advocate for it to be emptied. Fast forward to next day, pest control guy comes out and sees small ghost ants as he called them. Says it might be tough to get, I then also asked why there were electronic pest repellent devices in outlets in all of the condo. He said he wasn’t certain and knew they did not work. Leaving for a few hours we came back with family and trash in overflowing dumpster had been emptied but odor lingered meaning new dumpsters were needed but I recognize that is on condo complex. The trash can that was inside condo was set outside the door, still had not been emptied (this is main issue.). But upon entering inside you could smell they had tried to clean as it smelled of cleaning supplies and wet carpet. So it appeared problems were solved. Fast forward to after that evening and after getting groceries and returning from dinner the ants were back but trash can had been emptied but not cleaned. I called all of my usual options but no one answered. So then called the numbers called before but no one answered. It was after hours on holiday weekend so I assumed that was the issue.. The next morning I didn’t hear back. I messaged on Facebook called all numbers I could find. Still nothing. I contacted owner directly. She apologized Then property management responded super slow. We came to resolution to leave condo early but I was shorted refund by a little over a $118. Good luck!
