Spacious and convenient. Enjoyed having 3 toilets / bathrooms for our group. Wish we had more time for the game room and better weather for the pool - definitely a perk. Great laundry room set up too. Host was quick to respond when we had questions.

The property felt homely and comfortable house to stay in furniture is a bit old and I believe a recon on the furniture is needed but is fine as you only using the house for a base as you travel to the parks etc Swimming pool was clean and looked after

Great location for access to Disney/Universal etc. Also not far from 192/local Walmart/Target, although not a gated community, it is very quiet. We were able to secure early check-in and late departure for a small fee which was very helpful for our flight times. Great facilities at the villa with all the items you might need and the Wi-Fi was quick and reliable. Pool area gets the sun from about 10am onwards so great if you want to chill out. Only real negative was that it was a bit tired looking in places with lots of marks on walls and skirtings. Though it was clean and tidy. Pool area and outside furniture could also benefit from a refresh. Overall okay for our short stay.

Never rent here again

The carpets were heavily stained, blinds were bent and some missing, master bathroom shower door didn’t shut, dishwasher broken, stove top something burned on It, utensils were put back dirty and your scottowels and toilet paper were the cheapest of cheap the bowls in the kitchen had white stains crusted on the bowls I mean you purchase dollar store paper products just grab new dishes oh and all the garbage cans were rusty also the outside the cushions for the patio were disgusting flat the couch had plywood holding It together the couches you sunk in very uncomfortable all the beds were uncomfortable besides the master bed. Our garbage cans were being used they were full when we got there and never emptied from previous tenants either we traveled from New Jersey to come to Florida and again the cheapest of everything very unsatisfied will never rent from you again !!! And ridiculous the air conditioning we were sweating and the air couldn’t be lowered because of your rules we should have been able to control our air controls in the house ohhhhh and your dryer made loud noises as well like a belt was loose so again you are the owners maybe fix up your place alittle I’m sure we’re aren’t the only ones disappointed in your listing and your pictures must be old because the house didn’t look like that also your toaster is garbage also would not go down when we put waffles in there again CHEAPEST OF EVERYTHING and It shows !!!!

Sunset Villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The lanai and heated pool were great. We loved the different birds that came and went. The home and furniture is a little worn and the kitchen could be a little better stocked for those of us staying longer than a few days or a week. The area is conveniently located and we enjoyed exploring the area. We discovered the Town of Celebration, going there 4 times.

Perfect for family!

We loved the house! The game room and pool were a big hit with my kids. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. Laura replied quickly when we had questions. The only thing I missed was shelves in the master shower. (Of course, after the fact I found a shower caddy in the garage the last day we were there.) we would stay there again. Close enough to parks and anything we needed.

Good for families

This is a great house in a really good location. Theme parks are relatively close, the neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean when we arrived. Owner was responsive. Though our family does not have any babies or young children, this house is perfect for those age groups with all of the extras: strollers, high chair, pack-n-play, etc. Our family really enjoyed the ping-pong table and old-style video games in the garage. We were unable to use the pool during our stay due to the weather, but it was very clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again.

Orlando Family Vacation

Our stay was very nice. Access and entry were very easy. The location of the property was perfect for us. It was not too close and not too far from the attractions. It was just right for us. It was close to several stores and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped for the stay. It was nice having a pool onsite for the kids. Having four bedrooms and an open floor plan was perfect for our family. Thank you for a very nice stay!
