    This beautiful 1-bedroom condo is located in the brand new Station Park Union Towers. You'll be in the midtown district, in between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. Station Park is one of the newest (and sleekest!) additions to Kitchener -Waterloo's growing skyline. This open-concept space is large enough to host 3 guests at a time, and features spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony patio, and a separate bedroom with a King sized bed.

    This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.



    The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.



    The living room features large floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space. It includes a smart TV, and the entire condo has high speed internet. The dining table also doubles as a laptop friendly workstation if you need to get some work done during your stay. There are also in suite laundry machines.




    At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core.     • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

    • The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.



    Parking:

    • There is on-site paid public parking available underneath the building between the two towers. Daily parking is typically around $30 per 24 hours, depending on duration and time/day. Rates are managed by the parking operator and subject to change. Please inquire for current details and parking pass options.



    Additional services:

    • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



    House Rules

    1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

    2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

    3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

    4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

    5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.

    6) There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.



    If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

This property is quite "spartan" and the photos are deceiving - there is a love seat in the living room with a very short chaise that is the only seating; checking in was very difficult as the Concierge was nowhere to be found for at least 20 minutes then you are handed a "fob" but no instructions how to use it and this is required for all doors and elevators if it had not been for the kindness of other Residents we would still be standing in the lobby! The underground parkade is a nightmare - if you are a non-resident you must try to hold your credit card against a screen then wait for your card to be recorded then press the card against the screen again for payment to be registered 9 out of 10 times this did not work meanwhile there are cars lined up trying to enter/exit with some quite angry drivers and the cost of parking is 30 - 34 per day which for three weeks added almost another 690.00 to the cost of staying at this property. The owners were quick to respond if there were questions or concerns but I would not stay at this property again.
