Awesome beach house!

My family and I have frequented this property several times and it is always a great experience! The new owners are very attentive and pleasant, the house is just as nice as ever. My family thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break here this year and look forward to next time!

Love the House

The House was great. The house is even better than the pictures. Owners was so nice and reached out to me before we even got to the house to let us know of any issues. We would stay in this house again.

Family trip

Great location, walking to town and to the beach. Plenty of space for 16 of us. Robin was very easy to contact and communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Great location with access to town and beach. The house was great with all it's amenities and pool! Everyone had a great time, with one exception to a wasp sting from a nest under the roof of the outdoor dining/pool area!

Offseason Stay

House was very well equipped and comfortable. Great location easily walkable to downtown Duck, and golf cart was a great help getting to the beach. Owners were easy to get in contact with and quick to respond.

First time to OBX

Nice property. Short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Has all the amenities anyone would need. Big fan!

Family Time

This house was perfect for my family. Enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for all of us to feel comfortable. The golf cart was an added plus in hauling beach chairs, boogie boards, shade tent, and pregnant mom and her babes to the beach.

Great home and location

Near perfect location in Duck, very close to town and the beach. (Property is only one lot off Hwy 12, so the front is a little exposed, but the backyard is very private.) Home is very clean, comfortable furniture and VERY well appointed -- many thoughtful touches including charging stations on bedstands, full size beach tents for shade, golf cart, spikeball, beach chairs etc etc. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Fabulous time at Ducked Out!

This was our first time in Duck and we cant wait to get back. This home was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The 2 stoves and dishwashers were a plus for our large group. Loved that we could easily walk into town. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy.

Great family vacation

As we live up north where it is still snowing, it was great to plan a last min vacation. Robin was great in responding to all my questions. As the ocean is cold this time of year it was great to have a heated pool. The area was wonderful and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. My family had a great week

Family Vacation

I really loved this property! Everything about it was amazing! Short distance from the beach, via the 'walk-way'! Short distance from town! The pool...the jacuzzi...the golf cart..the beautiful house! It was one of our best vacation spots ever! Love love the Outer Banks, and love love 'Ducked Out'!!

Amazing property with everything!

This was an amazing property for beach week. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, gas grill and each room with bath offered quiet privacy. The home had everything we needed, and more than we needed to have a great beach vacaction. This location was so close to the ocean, and the golf cart provided made it easy to get chairs and gear there. Also, this location was close enough to walk to shops and dinner. We loved it! We will be back !

This is a great property! Everything was as stated/pictured. The house is bigger than the photos make it look. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to make meals for our group. You can walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a huge bonus. You can also walk into town.The pool, yard and hot tub were also very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would be happy to rent here again.

Everything we hoped for!

We had such a wonderful week at Ducked Out. We stayed at a similar, nearby property before but Ducked Out was so much cleaner and more comfortable. Home is even more spacious than it appears in photos. The golf cart was great for shuttling kids to the beach - managed to leave OBX without a ton of sand in my car this time! Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our family made a lot of great memories here this week. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Well needed family time

From the moment we walked into this beautiful home our vacation started. The home was roomy that our large family could all have space but all come together. Whether it was swimming in the beautiful pool or hopping on the golf cart to spend time at the beach or having fun family meals it was perfect. Love the kitchen two of everything made cooking and clean up a breeze. I hated to leave.

My favorite

The place was great. Just as described. It was clean. The owners were available and when they weren’t they made sure we had a local number in case we needed anything. The golf made the beach so easy to access. The extra drink fridge in living room was the best. Pool is salt water and was great.

Best Vacation ever!

Amazing home and property with close proximity to beach and town! Many extra special touches with outdoor games, golf cart use, beach equipment and neat organization in home! Gate around pool provided safety with our young kids. Having shaded areas outside was a bonus! Would love to return! Our whole family loved our vacation home!
