Peaceful place by the sea
The house was just as listed updated and clean. Extra points that they had bedding and towels included and the beds were made up for us. The location is perfect and the place had a great view of the water. I particularly love that the chairs were rockers and good for enjoying the porch on both levels. Given the location one can walk to get donuts/coffee, walk to the pier to fish, and easily get pizza and ice cream across the street. Also the closeness to both grocery and pharmacy stores was helpful and allowed for grocery delivery. I mention this as for folks coming to stay be prepared to get some necessities comingIn because they have all the dishes and pots and pans but you will need to add to your start of the week shopping list some basics like TP, hand soaps for the bathrooms, paper towels, trash bags and any cooking oils/butter. The only thing that we found was a bit of a negative was the grill was in pretty rough shape but it did work. Overall the I would give the place five stars because it really was lovely and was at a great location. Would definitely recommend renting for a family group we fit our family of 7 easily. And they had with this rental a main floor master which is helpful for folks like us where we had parents coming along for them to have a room on oneFloor and my husband and our kids could be on the top floor to sleep.
