The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference.
We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers.
Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.
