“ I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. When I called to request a booking for the jacuzzi, I was told its booked out and I had to call at 7 in the morning. I was not...

“Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). ”

“The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

“Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…”

“Nice Bali style balcony with modern high quality finishes in the room. Luxurious large king bed and nice shower. Hosts were friendly. Nice clean pool with peaceful setting. Was shown another room with cool cigar lounge adjoining the bedroom. ”

The rooms have everything you would need and the décor is beautiful I left my passport, which I needed for a flight back from Pietermaritzburg at Casa Ridge and they went out of their way to get the passport to me so that I could catch my flight.
