When the patio doors are opened, the living room and kitchen-dining area flow naturally into the large wooden deck and the covered outdoor space—all with views of the bay. The modern Nordic kitchen sets the stage for shared meals, and afterward, the sunset can be enjoyed from both the house and the beach. In the charming garden house on the terrace, you can seek shelter from the evening dew and enjoy your vacation meals or retreat with a good book. The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and blackout curtains.



The property invites socializing with a fire pit and space for play. The landscaper has just been by, so parts of the property appear newly landscaped with fresh plantings that are still growing in. After a swim in the sea, you can rinse off the salt under the outdoor shower with warm water.



The area offers a wealth of hiking trails and great bike rides both on Helgenæs and in the nearby Mols Mountains. Depending on the season, boats can be rented nearby. The charming market town of Ebeltoft, with its cobblestone streets, small shops, cafés, and restaurants, is just 15 minutes away. Aarhus can be reached in about 45 minutes.
