“Breakfast was lovely however, we were in the Elizabeth Suite which was urgently in need of updating and a good clean. The bed was horrendous, like sleeping on a brick. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the bar area for when the bar was closed in the mornings. Be warned, parking in horrendous when its busy. Had to park my vehicle well away from the hotel due to lack of spaces.”

“The hotel reception area was stunning and the staff very helpful. Our room was lovely clean and tidy. The only thing there was a smell from the toilet which we told reception about and this was sorted out promptly. The entertainment however finished at 10pm which thought very early. The breakfast 10 stars amazing food . Well worth a visit”

“I have a very mixed review for this hotel. The renovated rooms are nice, but the pre-reno one I refused to stay in was nasty. Some of the staff are lovely but the manager was rude and unpleasant. I booked a superior king suite which was listed as having a sea view, sofa bed and deep soaker tub. The room I was given was smaller with a shower. According to the manager I couldn’t stay in the room I booked because it’s actually the junior suite not a superior king room. She then said it had...
