Welcome to a thoughtfully designed Knoxville retreat created for guests who value comfort, simplicity, & a full professional turnover for a clean, well-prepared space.

We can accommodate 6 guests, but much better designed for smaller groups up to 5, due to our single bath layout whether you're visiting UT, exploring Knoxville for a getaway, or a relaxed work trip.

This home is 1,250 sq ft serene and charming family friendly getaway in Knoxville! The home is less than 3 miles from I-40, I-75, & 640. You will be 5.5 miles from UT as well as downtown Knoxville, 5 minutes from the beautiful Victor Ashe Park, and less than 7 miles within all 3 major hospitals. There is also a Neighborhood Walmart less than 2 minutes away!

You'll enjoy a prime 3-bedroom, 1 bath retreat in a quiet Knoxville neighborhood.

This home has an open living space for relaxing, a well-stocked kitchen, 2 stylish decks & a gas grill with a large fenced-in yard.

From booking to checkout, everything is designed to be clear, comfortable, and dependable - so you can focus on enjoying your time in Knoxville.

Our professionally coordinated, Premium Star cleaning team inspects & restocks the home between every stay to give you an easy & relaxing experience. Our Knoxville home features a pristine, open-concept design that flows from the living room to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for gathering.

Pet allowed:
While we do allow your one canine fir-baby, they must not be over 50 pounds & well behaved, not aggressive. We have a special basket prepared to help facilitate their stay! There are 2 rolled up blankets that must be used on the furniture where your pup will want to be. They must not be left in the home alone unless crated. Any damages or excessive cleaning needed & caused by the pet will be liable to the pet owner.

Living Room -
Sink into deep, cozy sofas and enjoy the 65" Smart TV. The space includes a pull-out Queen sofa bed with a self-elevating headrest for extra guests. The fireplace is decorative only and NOT functional.

Kitchen -
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient bar for casual meals. We've stocked it with plenty of pots, pans, small appliances, utensils, oil, seasonings, and extras to make you feel at home.
There is a stocked coffee station when you need that morning cup of joe!

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is a private oasis designed for deep rest, featuring cloud-like new beds, breathable soft linens, layered darkening blinds, and USB charging ports in lamps.
Bdrm 1: Southwest Serenity - A cozy Queen bed, a Smart TV, a mirrored dressing area, & designated workspace.
Bdrm 2: Wilderness Refined Retreat - A classic Queen bed with lots of natural light, dresser, and mirror.
Bdrm 3: Sunset Sand - A feather-soft Full Bed and a full-length lighted mirror.
Queen Pull-out Sofa Bed - Located in Living Room

Bathroom:
The home features an immaculately clean & efficiently designed single-bath layout that keeps everything easy & accessible. There are always fresh linens & towel preparation for each individual stay. This pristine, clean bathroom comes with plenty of storage for your hygiene items & plenty of plush towels. The spacious bathtub/shower has a luxurious double shower head, also luxury body wash, shampoo, & conditioner & a little extra necessities in case you forgot something. Hand soap & body lotion is also on sink. ~

Outdoor Living:
Step outside & enjoy one of the home's most inviting features - a large, spacious yard offering plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. The welcoming front deck features comfortable conversational seating & an inviting entrance perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. Out back, the spacious deck is designed for gather & entertaining with comfortable outdoor dining & a large gas grill ready for cookouts & relaxing nights under the stars.

For Kids:
We provide a selection of children's books, toys, and board & card games located in first bedroom on left (Sunset Sand) in closet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have complete, private access to the entire main level (above the basement) of the house. This includes all three bedrooms, the bathroom, the living area, the kitchen, and both the front and back decks. Entry is secure and convenient via a keypad on the front door, allowing for self-check-in. (Please use caution when coming up the stairs to the front door.)
*There are security cameras at every entrance for your safety.

* One of the Owners resides in the lower ground-level unit of the property. This unit has a completely separate and private entrance. We value our guests' privacy and will not intrude, but we are available if you need anything. We simply ask for your mindfulness regarding our presence on the lower level and leave the parking area directly in front of lower level door, unblocked. Thank you.~

Security:
For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property at every entrance. ~

Long-term stays:
For bookings of 2-4 weeks, a brief mid-stay inspection may be scheduled.
