Work and Play stay

Wonderful 2 bdrm,very clean, exactly as described. Very comfy beds.Walked to the wonderful coffee shop, great bagel sandwiches, too! Would stay again.

Comfortable Stay

The place was very nice and exactly what we wanted. The manager and owners were very respectful and answered questions fast. It made our stay very enjoyable. Just a fair warning, it is not in an ideal area with lots of homeless people walking around and run down places but overall it was fantastic!

flat was nicely decorated and clean. the shower handle is broke so hard to get the hott water on. if you like to sleep in the lawnmower place next door will not allow that…. mon-fri they are repairing and working on mowers bright and early through dinner.

Go Vols

It was our first SEC football game and this place worked perfectly for our needs. Very clean and so nicely decorated. Also great location for doing all the things we wanted to do for the weekend. Property manager was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend this place for many reasons.

Absolutely Perfect!

I’ve stayed in a few other properties by this owner and they never disappoint! Location was great, place was very clean, and have shampoo and conditioner was even better. The stay is located at the back of the building and you have to go up some stairs but that wasn’t a big deal. Definitely recommend this property and any of the other properties that they own!

Perfect location

I came to visit my daughter who lives nearby. It was so convenient to be able to walk back and forth. It is a sort of commercial zone, not super quiet, no outdoor space. But the unit is beautiful has has everything you need. The tv situation is complicated for those without streaming services, know your passwords!!

Pros: Beautiful Decor Comfortable bed ❤❤ Clean Linens were soft, clean and good quality. Details: A supply of well thought through toiletries were available (not for long term use) for that first weary night after travelling. Keyless entry Roomy bedrooms Cons: Living area chair could def use refurbish Parking was a bit tight for large vehicles Upstairs View Could not open windows Overall we fully enjoyed our stay! The bathroom was clean, fresh and comfortable. The thoughtfulness of property owner made our stay all the more enjoyable.
