“Beautiful views for sure Check in process was terrible. The Host basically forgot about us. I believe the host should have been more focused on her job. No WiFi info. Two old towels in the entire studio. Bedding was very old and the pillows like pancakes. Do better”

“Check in and check out was a breeze! So nice having everything within walking distance; CU, 7-Eleven, Daiso, Fisher Hawai’i, and the new pastry shop Paris Baguette all on the ground floor. As well as walking distance from night life! Room was comfortable and the bathroom bidet was so nice! 10/10 would stay here again. ”

“The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...

“Nice smaller condo that worked great for our family of 5. We loved the view! Great coffee options within blocks, and also the palace is an easy walk. Clean space that is centrally located. The pool was nice too!”

“The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We...

“Sliding door handle broken. Toilet did not flush well. Missing ice bucket. No housekeeping and was not obvious when booking the room. Safe door was missing. No amenities.”
