“Everything was terrible, right from the rude check in to run down room with no lock working and very dark room with no windows. Staff was not helpful, make sure you review well how to get to (resort) as even they don’t know how to do so. Best wishes ”

“Nos gustó que teníamos una vista muy similar a la de las fotos. No nos gustó, que el hotel está muy alejado del muelle y para llegar ahí son 30 minutos, el hotel da 2 traslados al muelle , por la mañana y por la noche, tienen un costo de 200 baht por persona. Creo que deberían ser gratis.”

“En tres noches que estuvimos no nos limpiaron la habitación. El trato de la recepcionista no fué muy amable. No te van a buscar al muelle que llegas con el ferry. Está alejando del ruido, eso es bueno. Tiene silencio por las noches. El aire funcionaba bien. La playa esta llena de barquitos, nadie se mete. A phi phi llega muchisima gente a partir del mediodía, la dejan sucia cuando se van. En la puerta del hotel tenes un bar muy lindo y tranquilo. Y servicios de masajes”

“Our room was very nice with a view of the pool. The bathroom is spacious and the area felt very clean. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Staff was great, would stay here again. ”

“My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...
