El hotel tiene una hermosa vista (el Bungalow que se nos asignó) hacían la limpieza. Está un poco lejos hay que subir una colina, pero es perfecto si deseas descansar ya que no escucharás la música por la noche. El personal no está bien organizado. Al llegar no tenían clara la información de la reserva y nos querían cobrar nuevamente. Al hacer el check out, lo mismo. Decía que teníamos que pagar una noche extra. Tuve que buscar mi confirmación, mostrarle y esperar a que hiciera una llamada. El número de reserva que me mostraba, no era el mío. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto.

Amazing little spot with million dollar views. The rooms are clean and lovely, the grounds are green and airy, lots of lovely birds. A short walk up and out of hectic and cramped Phi Phi tourist zone, this spot feels a little bit more local, and very peaceful. We lucked and a got one of the bungalows with a spectacular view - would have loved to have extended our stay but they were already booked solid. Super glad that we chose this spot, and can’t believe that people find things to complain about when writing their reviews... perhaps those folks should just stay at home within their « first world » comfort zones.

Terrible hotel refused to stay. Room in bad condition, no TV. Externally resort is ramshackle, looks unsafe and is full of rubbish.

Tagsüber toll mit Meerblick, Nachts Höllenlärm

Phi Phi ist eine totale Partyinsel, hatten wir nicht mit gerechnet. Dem Lärm der Strandpartys kann man nicht entgehen, jedoch ist es hier im Bungalow bedingt durch die Bucht besonders laut zu hören. Tagsüber jedoch super ruheort. Nachts aber Hölle, wir hatten zum Glück Oropax dabei. Frühstück war gut, inklusive Katzenstreicheln. Wunderschöner Meerblick aus Bungalow Nr 1+2. Badezimmer war ok, Zimmer nicht besonders gut in Schuss gehalten. Hängende Kabel an der Wand und Kaputte bettlaken. Im Vergleich zum preis/leistungsverhältnis zum Rest Thailand ist dieser Preis sehr hoch angesetzt. Jedoch sind alle Unterkünfte auf Phi Phi teurer.

Appalling

Staff were rude and unfriendly, didn’t want to be here. Refused to allow my friend into their room because according to Sebai they had the wrong dates( we booked 4-5th, sebai had 5-6th) and even after we showed them we had the right dates they refused to budge. It was only by asking for our refund because we would stay somewhere else that they got our rooms “ready”. Nothing was done. Aircon did not work, refused access to free wifi (they wouldn’t give us the password) fridge wasn’t fully stocked. Day bed outside was dangerous to use. Rotting and falling apart. Only good experience from Sebai was the view we were able to get and the two black kittens that wanted us to play with them. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst Experience Ever

The best thing about this hotel was the view from the little shack at the top. BUT it was not safe to sit on. When we arrived staff told us we didn't have a booking and that they were full. We had already paid. She was kind enough to let us on the wifi to show her our email. But even after we showed her we had the right days she said we were wrong. I then said to her after waiting 10 minutes to get off the phone that it was okay and that we would find somewhere else but we want a refund. She did not like that. She then wasted another 20 minutes of our time before telling us she had room for us. She did not apologise for their mistake. I was not impressed. The minibar was empty, the bathroom floor was wet, the lights didn't work and the balcony needed desperate maintenace for the railing would not bring your kids here. Also there was no wifi available even though the room said wifi is available. After going through all of this we decided it was not worth staying here and booked another hotel. We had to walk all the way back down the mountain to find wifi. Once we had checked into another hotel we went back and gave them the key and told them we were not staying there. The guy then started harrassing us about leaving and followed us half way down the mountain. We ended up booking for an extra night stay as we wasted half a day. Save yourself the hassel stay at the Bayview Resort.

Great view

Great view to the sea. Hotel located up on the hill, makes you sweat to walk there. Bed was too hard for my back. Clean room and good A/C. Breakfast just fine. Only minus is the loud music from party area 8p.m-2.a.m 8 (I think it´s difficult to find a hotel at Phi Phi without loud music from party area)

Vista stupenda, a due passi dal mare

I bungalow si trovano a pochi metri dal mare, dove è possibile noleggiare un kayak ed arrivare alle piu vicine spiagge di monkey beach e maya beach. Ho soggiornato in un bungalow che godeva di una vista sul mare fantastica, peró la pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare ed il bagno era vecchio,con cavi elettrici a vista all’interno della zona doccia. Davvero molto pericoloso!!

Oceanside View with a hike

This hotel is up up and away! Be prepared for a hike up the mountain to get to your hotel. It is very nice once up there but just be warned it is very secluded high up on the island. The views are amazing.

Incredible view, comfortable stay.

We stayed in the first bungalow with amazing views over the beach and of the sunset. Nice bungalow which was comfortable enough. Staff really weren't that friendly. Rate had included "Breakfast" however when we asked about it, the just shrugged and said "No Breakfast". For the money, not a bad place to stay. Just prepare yourself for a bit if a hike up the hill...!

Slechte service. Hoog op een berg.

Koelkast en airco werkten niet. De medewerkers raakte geagiteerd toen wij vroegen of hier naar gekeken kon worden. Het hotel is best hoog op de berg. Zij wilde niet helpen met de koffers. Ons verblijf van 3 nachen na een nacht bij een ander hotel voortgezet. Ook werd de receptie boos toen wij om de WiFi code vroegen. Zeer opmerkelijk. Nog nooit zo een slechte service meegemaakt tijdens het reizen.

Relaxing and Great location

Very nice set-up with free collection from pier and free shuttle to town/pier at set times during the day. Bungalow was comfortable and plenty of space on the beach loungers. Whilst we ate a good breakfast at hotel, we found the bars and restaurant over priced so walked down the beach every night to eat and drink at the far cheaper resturants and bars further down. No problems with insects or pests in fan cooled bungalow.

Underbar utsikt

Hotellet ligger med vacker utsikt över viken. Dock räckte inte wifi till min bungalow. Annars var det rent och fräscht.

Bra hotell i övrigt men på beskrivningen stod det att det skulle finnas KabelTv, vilket inte fanns. Det stod även att det skulle vara 0km till stranden, men det vara snarare 1,5km.

Nicht das was versprochen wurde

Erst einmal sollte darauf hin gewiesen werden, dass die letzte Fähre um 15:00 geht, danach kann man phi phi nicht mehr erreichen. Die Telefonnummer des Hotels ist falsch, somit nicht erreichbar. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, der angepriesene Fernseher war nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück... kann man drauf verzichten. Nicht noch einmal.

Gelbe Wände im Bad, muffig!

Schimmel im Zimmer neben dem Bett. Habe ein anderes Zimmer verlangt, welches zwar keinen Schimmel aufwies, jedoch Gelbe eklige Flecken an den Badwänden aufwies, der Safe ging nicht, die Fugen im Bad waren dreckig und versifft, irgendwo kam Wasser auf den Fußboden um die Toilette heraus. Um das Waschbecken herum waren Kratzer und Risse. Für die Hälfte des Geldes, wäre das kein Problem, aber nicht für 50€ die Nacht.

Worth it - some improvements could make it better

Nice hotel, with pretty decent sized room and large glass doors. Room and Bathroom need a bit of updating but overall its good. In bathroom water does not heat up enough - its always lukewarm/cool temperature. HUGE bed, and very comfortable. They make the bed in a weird way: The blanket is used as the second/cover up sheet, which i don't find very hygienic. And then the second sheet on top of the blanket. i would reverse it every night when i went to bed. Beautiful view of the beach, up on the hill a bit. if you are completely out of shape or drunk it will be hard to get to/back to the hotel, because it is a bit of a hike. They pick you up at the pier which is good - they help you with your bags. My only complaint was once i checked out they did not help me with my bags back to the pier, which is supposedly a service they provide. So once you paid - you are nobody to them!
