“I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. “Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. “The property was very clean and inviting. You can tell some of the rooms had just been built so there was a very clean and new feeling to the place. The room had everything we needed, and it was located in a perfect area close to many shops and restaurants, but it was also hidden and away from the noisy street. The host was very kind and checked in on us; they also helped with recommendations and helped answer any questions I had very quickly.”

“This hotel sits on a hill and you have to walk down about a quarter of a mile at a 33° incline. If you are over 35 years old you should not attempt it. It’s a very terrible location and please make sure you tell people that it is such a steep walk, it’s almost unbelievable cab drivers won’t come up all the time”
