Welcome to our freshly renovated, stylish apartment in an exclusive location in Koblenz-Karthause! This ground-floor apartment (approx. 75 m²) is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 guests (one bed in the bedroom as well as a bed and a sofa bed in the living room). The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering. The city can be reached in under 5 minutes by car or bus. If you are arriving by car, you will find plenty of free parking spaces on the street.

Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a lovingly designed hallway that immediately creates a feeling of arrival. Here you will find a shoe cabinet, a large mirror, stylish wall hooks for jackets and bags, as well as a comfortable seating area – perfect for starting your stay in a relaxed way.

On the right-hand side is the spacious bedroom, which invites you to unwind with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed is equipped with a high-quality mattress and topper, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The room is further complemented by a stylish designer clothing rack, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a Smart TV (no traditional cable channels available, only internet streaming via apps).

To the left of the entrance area, you will find the spacious kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

as well as everything you need for relaxed cooking and enjoyable evenings. The large dining table offers space for up to 5 guests and is perfect for long breakfasts, shared meals, or a glass of wine in the evening.

Directly adjacent is the bright living room, which is divided into two cozy areas. In the front section, a large L-shaped sofa invites you to relax – perfect for movie nights or quiet moments. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for one additional guest. Entertainment is provided by a curved Smart TV as well as a XBOX 360 console with a selection of games.

In the rear part of the living room, there is an additional double bed (140 x 200 cm), also fitted with a comfortable topper. This allows the apartment to accommodate up to 5 guests in total without sacrificing comfort.

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms feel especially bright, friendly, and welcoming. The bedroom and living room can be darkened if needed using blackout curtains and blinds – ideal for restful nights and relaxed mornings.

The spacious bathroom completes the apartment perfectly and features a large walk-in shower as well as a washing machine.

The apartment is also well equipped for guests traveling with children. Free amenities include:
