We offer an exclusive holiday flat with separate entrance in the famous Austrian Lipizzaner stud farm Piber approx. 2km from Köflach and 40km from Graz. This is where the Lipizzaners are reared and broken in for the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. The holiday flat is completely surrounded by greenery about 400 m from the centre of Piber and the stud farm in a former manor house, and instead of breakfast, fresh pastries from the bakery can be delivered and coffee and tea are available in the flat.The terrace is covered and equipped with a table and seating for 3 people. Deckchairs and barbecue are available. A large additional terrace in a sunny position is also available. The house is surrounded by greenery and sometimes the horses of the Lipizzaner stud farm can be seen in the neighbouring meadows.We offer an exclusive, tastefully furnished holiday flat with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and visiting lakes. Excursions to the nearby Styrian Wine Route, the Styrian Tuscany and the Schilcher Wine Route are particularly popular. It is also worth visiting the provincial capital of Graz with its many sights.1 child up to 3 years (baby) is free and possible in addition to the maximum occupancy.
