There are nearby quiet or bustling beaches and 2 min away is the main road between Bophut (fisherman village) night market ,, and Maenam where is the famous Santiburi Country Club (18-hole golf course).
    Quiet area with panoramic seaview over Thong Song Bay, Baan Rak, Bophut, Maenam and Koh Phan Gan in front, 10 km away, a beach that is known by young people for its famous Full Moon Party.
    For those who will have the chance to be here for New Year, a gigantic firework is offered by several hotels in Bophut, Maenam, Baan rak. You can admire it with a unique panorama. In addition, you can enjoy the sunset.

    Koh Tao, scuba diving spot located 1 h30 in boat, Marine park and many other sites all around Koh Samui or in Samui if you want a day trip (or more) in family or in couple to discover this part of Thailand. It can be organized from day to day without reservation.
    Restaurants, boutiques, massages, bars, night clubs and all nightlife activities are also a few min away from the villa that is located in an appreciable quiet area.

Really super place. I don’t think you can beat the view from the pool anywhere else on Koh Samui. Jean Luc is great - helped us book a scooter, stocked the place with coffee, snacks, and water. Very nice guy. This is one of the best places we have stayed.

Excellent séjour ..

5 semaines passées dans la villa de Jean Luc qui fait tout pour nous aider tout au long de notre séjour et se montre très disponible ... La villa est conviviable avec une vue exceptionnelle à 160° sur la mer .. un bonheur le matin au réveil et même après ! .. La garantie de passer un très beau séjour ..

Great villa, amazing views

The owner was always immediately responsive and helpful. The villa had all the basics we needed (3 adults, 2 kids) and was a great base to explore Koh Samui with our hire car. The kids loved the dogs!

Great villa to relax in

Fantastic villa, well located on the island to access Bophut and Fisherman’s Village. Jean Luc was a great host, collected us from the airport, provided a lovely welcome pack of food, and the daily clean was much appreciated. He also helped us to organise a car, which was needed as the hill is too steep for kids.. The villa was lovely, well appointed, great pool and highly recommend.

Perfect relaxation

We stayed at Jean Lucs beautiful Villa for a week. His service as a host is spot on, and he responds right away. The Villa it self is a jewel with a beautiful view. Housekeeping is sweet and proffesionel. We would love to come back another time.

Absolument enchanté de notre séjour ! La location était d'une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement agencée et fidèle en tous points à la description. Avec tout le confort nécessaire.Un immense merci à notre Jean Luc pour son accueil chaleureux et ses petites attentions qui ont rendu notre arrivée si agréable. Ses conseils avisés sur les activités et les restaurants locaux ont été précieux et ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour son confort, une vue juste magnifique et surtout, pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Jean Luc Une expérience inoubliable !

Brilliant villa for all types of guests

The Villa was everything we hoped it would be - spacious, lovely bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and an incredible pool. The location is fantastic but unless you want to book taxis, you will need a car as it’s quite high up in the hills and not very walkable. Jean-Luc was an excellent host, booked our airport pick up/drop off for us; checked in regularly and was really helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

Koh Samui - Perfect stay

We chose this property based on the previous 5 star reviews, and we are so happy we did. The property is fantastic, the views are incredible, the position on the Island is perfect. Jean Luc is an incredible host, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. He organised airport transfers, car hire and even booked us Thai masseurs to come to the property. He suggested places to eat and visit, and answered our - many - requests so quickly. We cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you Jean Luc.

Magnificent place!

This place is magnificent! Breathtaking sea views, silence and absolute seclusion. The villa is perfect for those who wants to escape from the crowd and have a rest in calmness of nature, still having all the necessary amenities, including a salty water infinity pool with an amazing sea view. We had everything we needed and more. The villa is stylishly decorated and cozy, and welcomed us with a lot of flowers everywhere and almost full fridge. Jean Luc and Fon were great hosts and helped us with everything we needed (including even a search of the next location to stay in Samui). Thank you!! We miss this place and will definitely return there!

Outstanding Property

Beautiful house in a very good location. The house was spotless and well appointed. Everything you could ask for was there. Jean Luc was a great host who responded promptly to any concerns and answered and offered advice in a timely manner. The view is beautiful, very easy to sit and watch the boats go by with a nice cold beer. The property is on a hill and the road in places is very steep. You either need a car or scooter to really explore the island. We used Grab which was very efficient and cost effective. Highly recommend this property to adult groups and families.

Traumhaus über dem Golf von Thailand

Das sehr gepflegte Anwesen liegt in einem schönen Garten hoch über Mae Nam und Bophut mit traumhaften Blick über den Golf von Thailand bis nach Ko Phangan. Wir sind nach einer mehrwöchigen Thailand Rundreise für einen Badeurlaub für 10 Tage nach Koh Samui gekommen. Die tolle Villa war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen. Mit drei Schlafzimmern inklusive dazugehörigen Badezimmern konnten wir uns großzügig verteilen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber in der Nähe gibt es auch viele sehr gute Restaurants (z.B. in BoPhut oder Fisherman’s Village) und die Garküchen entlang der Strasse sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Jean Luc ist der perfekte Gastgeber, hat den Taxitransfer von und zum Flughafen arrangiert, hat uns ein Mietauto besorgt und sich auch um Tauchschulen gekümmert. Bei Ankunft standen schon Getränke und eine kleine Grundaustattung bereit. Mit dem Mietauto sind wir an die Strände der Ostküste und Nordküste gefahren, haben mehrfach eine Inselrundfahrt gemacht, aber auch gemütliche Tage in der Villa verbracht und den eigenen Pool genossen. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind ein Traum und man kann sie direkt vom Pool oder von der Dachterasse bewundern. Wir bewerten den Aufenthalt mehr als hervorragend!

Perfect villa in Paradise

The villa is absolutely stunning, with attention to details throughout. The garden, rooms, pool and views are just beautiful. Definitely worth setting an alarm at 6am to watch the sunrise, listen to the birds and spot the wildlife. Jean luc was always on hand throughout our stay, replying back within minutes and always happy to help with any queries. The villa is located on a steep hill (to get the amazing views). We didn’t rent a car or bike as personal choice. But its extremely easy to do so when you’re there. We sometimes walked down the hill in the day, or easily phoned a taxi that would pick us up right outside the villa. Plenty on taxis on the island so not a problem. Cleaning - the maid came and cleaned everyday at 1pm and did a superb job. Bedrooms - stunning, all with en-suite toilet, shower/bath. Plus an extra toilet in the living area. The beds are gigantic and very comfortable. Kitchen and living area - fully equipped with everything you need. Large TV and sound system to wind down and relax, a real home comfort. Pool - extremely clean, large with amazing views. Lots of fun for adults, teens and kids. Overall a magical stay and we were all very sad to leave. First time booking with VRBO and very smooth booking and payment process. I would highly recommend booking this villa on such a beautiful island of Koh Samui. With lots of places to explore, trips to book, or just relax by the pool in paradise. Thankyou so much Jean Luc for such a memorable stay in Thailand. Rachel X

Une Villa Exceptionnelle face aux Plages - Vue incroyable 180 ° sur le Golfe de Thaïlande

Un mot pour décrire cette Villa : Exceptionnelle Nous avons été reçu comme des princes par Jean Luc le Propriétaire de la Villa qui nous a chouchouté tout au long de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport, Jean Luc est la avec son gros 4*4, il vous rassure, vous donne tous les bons conseils pour passer de bonnes vacances et reste disponible par téléphone et se déplace à tout moment à la Villa au moindre problème, durant votre séjour. Gros avantage, Jean Luc est quelqu'un de très discret, qui vit en RdC sous la Villa mais à l'opposé de notre Villa ( on ne le voit jamais ), sans jamais nous déranger et peut intervenir dès que l'on a besoin d'un service. La Villa est superbe - Ultra propre - Service ménage génial avec ses équipes techniques - Toutes les pièces sont très bien agencées, très belles décorations, bien équipées avec de très belles chambres que je qualifierais de suite parentale car toutes équipées de TV ( connexion wifi top, accès à Netflix, nombreuses chaines disponibles ), de la Clim et de SdE en direct avec baignoire/douche - Un salon et une cuisine magnifiques - Une terrasse et une piscine à débordement que nous avons adoré - Une vue à couper le souffle - Une mini terrasse solarium au dessus de la Villa qui nous a émerveillé. La Villa est dans un environnement calme, résidentiel, à 3 mn des commerces, des plages, des restaurants et 5 mn de la zone commerciale animée et si séduisante "Fisherman" ( vous allez adorer avec tous ces restaurants, ses bars plage, ses boutiques de cadeaux etc.... ) Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu de quoi nous rafraîchir et nous restaurer avant de réaliser nos courses ( gros plus : en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette avec de nombreux produits et à 5 mn une grande surface pour les grosses courses ). A notre demande, jean luc s'est occupé de la location de nos scooters et de notre véhicule qui nous attendaient à la Villa sécurisée avec son grand portail automatique ( prix super corrects avec la loueuse thaïlandaise super sympa, qui s'est déplacée le lendemain pour vous faire signer le contrat de location sans aucune caution donc ultra simple ). Que vous dire de plus, en choisissant cette Villa, vous serez 100% satisfaits, 100% séduits, 100% en adoration avec sa vue sur cette mer bleu topaze et croyez nous, car nous avons l'habitude de voyager et de louer des Villas de folie. C'est une Valeur sure . Encore mille mercis Jean Luc, car tu nous as fait passer des vacances inoubliables.

Superbe villa et hôte charmant

Vous désirez louer une villa sur KOH samui, ne cherchez plus ,celle de Jean Luc est magnifique !!!! La vue sur Koh phan gan est époustouflante. La piscine à débordement vous tente de rester farnienter à certains moments Merci à Jean Luc pour sa gentillesse et sa générosité. il sait se rendre disponible à toutes démarches !!

Super villa idéalement située

Séjour dans cette villa très agréable. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour vous faciliter la vie sur l’ile. Zéro défaut. Je recommande.

Awesome Villa

This is an awesome villa with a lovely private pool. It’s located up a hill steep hill and as such offers great views. It’s far enough out of the village to be peaceful but yet all amenities are within a couple of minutes drive. Car hire is essential. The villa is a real home from home and is very well equipped. The villa is thoroughly cleaned every day (except Sunday). I would strongly recommend this villa and intend to stay again soon.

Ein Traum mit einem super Vermieter

Uns hat es an nichts gefählt. Jean ist ein hervorragender Vermieter. Wir hatten ein kleines Scooter Problem welches er sofort gerägelt hat. Transfer ist kostenlos und die Villa sehr schön und der Ausblick unbeschreiblich
