For the amount that was paid, the hotel has nothing to do with the photos presented on Expedia, it tarnishes your name because there is no supervision of what is actually presented to the customer on arrival, a run-down hotel, the room delivered dirty, bed sheets very damaged, towels I had to pick up at the reception, as there was only a bath mat, the towels completely stained and worn, not to mention the air conditioning Dirty and maintenance-free, the room Dirty stained walls, an experience of the possibility.

Adequate for my needs

Very basic hotel...nothing fancy Reception shared with neighbouring hotel made it difficult to get answers Wifi not working until last day became a nuisance Generally clean but in need of attention But I was rarely in the room so a shower and bed was all I needed and they were both generally very clean

Disappointing avoid this hotel

Very disappointing to see the room. The pictures have been made too much better. The room does NOT LOOK like the pictures..... I booked a hotel with namve FX Resort. IN reality is the name of the hotel Laem Din hotel....

Hold jer langt væk !!

Kan absolut ikke anbefales. Har aldrig være et hotel hvor der var så beskidt ved ankomst. selv sengetøjet og puder var beskidte (blod og tis). Værelserne ligger lige ud til en vej fuldt med barer som spiller meget højmusik og man kan høre ALT! servicen,, ja der var absolut ingen service, ved ankomst kunne vi ikke kommunikere med receptionisten da vedkommende intet engelsk kunne. vi havde booket på forhånd og det tog personalet meget lang tid at finde ud af! da hverken mig eller min rejsekammerat kunne eller ville overnatte på værelset fik vi opgraderet til the avenue som ligger lige ved siden af, og med samme ejere. det var bedre men stadig intet der kan anbefales. så alt i alt, gør jer den tjeneste at hold jer langt væk fra dette hotel, det er penge ud af vinduet !

Oroväckande

Vi var nog en av väldigt få gäster på hotellet p.g.a lågsäsong. Lite oroliga blev vi när dörren helt plötsligt öppnades och 3 män är på väg in i rummet. Mest förvånade blev nog de 3 männen när de upptäckte att rummet inte var tomt, Männen ursäktade sig med att de bara ville byta en lampa. Efter denna incident checkade vi ut en dag tidigare än planerat och tog in på annat hotell.

Das Hotel war eingermassen okay, es war sehr unsicher, weil da jeder rein und raus konnte. Standort war okay. Preis-Leistung Verhältniss war nicht gut! Das Personal konnte KEIN englisch, NUR Thai.

We stayed in this hotel with a room each for £14. Good location, although staff couldn't have been any unhelpfuller. When staying make sure you book online!! They scammed us out of a few nights and made us pay extra. Have a record of all the nights you are staying!

Ok, but not great

While the hotel was fine, clean enough, I would not stay here again or recommend it. The hotel across the street is the same price and much better. Pros: Elevator Clean room 10 min walk from main street A/c Hot water Nice front desk staff Cons: Bathroom old and yucky shower Stains on sheets Out dated and tired looking Wifi didn't work even in lobby Location is in seedy go go bar area Conclusion: would not recommend or stay again

Laem Din Hotel

For 1 or 2 nights this hotel is perfectly fine, when considering the cost. It is walking distance to all of the main nightlife in Chaweng and you will not be bored. Like most places in Thailand, at times the wifi is spotty and AC could use a little more power, but that is the norm in this country unless you spend a little more cash. Again, dont expect the world for the low price that you are paying and youll be happy.

good budget hotel

Stayed for a couple of nights. Its the budget alternative to "avenue hotel" next door. Good value for the low price. Expect a somewhat lower standard. Clean rooms, shower a bit old and not adjustable. 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Bra läge: 5 min promenad till stranden och 2 till bargatan. Stort rum. Plus för stor kyl då man kunde förvara tex frukost och allt fick plats! AC:n lät ganska mycket och gick inte att stänga av helt, men vi sov bra ändå. Bristfällig närvaro i receptionen och städningen var inte ultimat (sängkläderna byttes eller skakades ej). Gymmet var inte så bra, inga fungerande konditionsmaskiner. I det stora hela helt klart godkänt enligt två 19åriga backpackers.

Bra läge, Stora rymliga rum. Dålig koll i receptionen, var ingen där hälften av gångerna och nycklarna till alla rum låg öppet. Ligger i ett "red light område". Så kanske inget för barnfamiljer.

Close to Chaweng Beach

Getting there, initially I was dissapointed.. The bathroom shower looked like it had not been cleaned properly in a very long time.. I had to go to supermarket , buy cleaning products and clean it.. Mould and slime built up from a long time.. After cleaning the bathroom, my outside chair broke, with me sitting on it.. I only weigh 60 kilos.. My replacement chair then broke as well... Gave up on sitting on the outside chairs, the desk chair was used.. The room wasnt too bad though, and a nice little balcony, but alot of traffic outside, even thou its supposedly a small road.. lots of fireworks, explosions and god knows what outside at night.. But not as noisy as right on Chaweng Beach.. Once I had gotten used to the room and knew for sure it waws clean, it wasnt so bad.. Lots of sex workers type bars, a stones throw up the road.. Cant help but get the feeling the room has been used alot to entertain that.. eww.. If you are prepared to do some cleaning or alternatively, dont mind a bit of filth, then go right ahead... The house staff hardly speak any english at all.. Didnt seem to be any kind of restaurant operating in hotel at the time i stayed here...
