“This is the best place to stay in Mumbai. The staff, facilities and location are fantastic”

“Very good👍”

“Towel and bed sheets had rust stains baked in. ”

“The room was clean and breakfast was good with options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jitesh and Sonal were excellent in service and always willing to assist further. I highly recommend this hotel. The rate is worth what I paid. I will surely return.”

“The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever.”

“Room smells , bathroom not very clean. not had really good experience . But staffs are good and supportive ”

“Remember to bring you own hair dryer, need to let the water flow for like 4-5 minutes before you can have the hot water in the shower. The bed sheet and towels seemed old but clean.”

“The Room Key was not working in all days, Food was just OK.”

“third class hotel service + staff behavior is very very worst.”

“Very small space . Very uncomfortable. Causes so much nervousness that I tried going to different room. I got so scared that don’t feel like sleeping. Limited availability of reception staff at front desk. I have to leave without checkout. My friend did the checkout later on. Booked for three night but end up staying one night only. The remaining stay was not refunded. I booked through Expedia and no one from the hotel helped and said simply contact Expedia. I do not recommend this at all. ”

“Worst hotel, they did not clean the room before our arrival, and we had booked a suite The bathroom was also unclean ”
