“We arrived in Kokomo on a bitter cold Christmas Eve during a blizzard. The desk clerk was friendly but I was advised that the facility is no longer pet friendly. We were traveling with our small dog. Nevertheless I was told we could stay with the dog for an additional $15+tax. (The booking site said the pet fee was $10/night.) Got into our room which was very dated with old fixtures and stained tile in the bathroom. It could use an upgrade; the carpet and bedspread were old but appeared to be...

“Not a place we would stay at again. Cheap but dilapidated property. Comparison to other hotels around it was cheap but would stay somewhere else and pay more.”

“The parking is weird because you can’t park on the bottom because it’s shared. The water is cold on the shower because they are working on line outside so that was difficult but place was nice. Slept 20 ppl”

“Drive around in the middle of no where for while and realized this place doesn't exist. Called the number listed and the lady that answered said people call about it all the time but she has had her phone number for a while. Tried to get a refund and they said it was too late to cancel. DO NOT RENT THIS SCAM”
